Call them Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon Tony came out and looked at our 28-year-old obsolete central air conditioning. Gave a great price and said work would be done on Saturday. Crew came out 10:00 a.m. very thoroughly remove the old system and installed the new one. we were cool again by 4:00 p.m. . Simply outstanding!

We have used the services of Dade Appliances for many many years and have recommended them to many persons. They are very capable and experienced and have never tried to overcharge. Tony the owner has always been courteous and truthful. We recommend them highly.

If I could give this company zero stars, I totally would. We first started using them almost 10 years ago when we first acquired our condo, although many times their service wasn’t timely or the prices right. Nevertheless, we continued to trust their help and were too lazy to find someone better. They must have serviced us 10-15 times during the years without any major issue. Fast forward to now, having recently moved to another condo and undergoing the current situation of COVID-19 like everyone else. We are now renting, not owning, and called in last Friday because of an issue with our washer/dryer. We scheduled an appointment for the next available date, which later had to be postponed for lack of reply from our landlord as per our rental contract (with more than 24 hours notice to the company). We then later had to cancel the appointment altogether since our landlord did not approve of the company, unfortunately, and asked us to use another - which we did cancel verbally with Dade App as soon as we heard. That same day, our dryer blew out and flooded our apartment, at which point we decided to pay for the repair ourselves and called the company back, with a clear sense of urgency given the water running through our floor. Not only did they DENY servicing our unit, but the administrative representative, Susie, proceeded to call us back 5 more times (leaving 2 voicemails as well) to let us know how they would not be providing us services EVER again. I am not only very surprised from their denial of service, especially with a clear emergency and during a freaking pandemic, but frankly appalled and deeply bothered by the amount of phone calls we received and the arguments they kept trying to push down our throats as to why we had to find another company to work with moving forward. Honestly, I wouldn’t dream of recommending this company to anyone else, unless you enjoy subpar service with a side of harassment.

My dryer broke and they came out the next day and convinced me it was wiser to replace it with a newer more sophisticated model than dump money in an old model.

We previously used other big box repair companies and that will never happen in the future.

Have gotten two jobs done with these guys. Chris which I think may have been the owners son was the one to do both jobs, or organize it. One was fine but the other was recommended a replacement of an older unit with another refurbed unit. That unit is now spilling all over the place, a year later.

Will not use Dade appliance again- I used another company recently and their service was outstanding and price more competitive.

Jose came out quick and fixed both my washer and dryer! They work both like brand new and their 7 years old, he was pleasant to talk to and had great knowledge. Great pricing and would recommend using again for sure

We purchased our AC unit from them 2 years ago. No issues. Last night, our AC suddenly stopped working. We called and left a message. This morning we were told a technician would arrive between 1pm - 2pm. At 12:30pm, the technicians arrived and found the problem. While they ordered the part (under warranty), they temporarily fixed it and we had AC. At 5pm, they returned with the new part and a permanent fix. They were responsive, prompt and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us!

Absolutely a very poor experience. Unprofessional, inattentive, zero follow - through, zero care. The whole team,. Joseph, Tony and Lisa at the front desk. Joseph initially came out to inspect an issue with AC. Problem has not been pin pointed. Later it was decided with the owner - Tony, to have them come out and flush and re-charge with fresh freon (coolant). These guys kept ignoring us and making us wait for nearly 2 weeks to finish the paying job. Finally agreed on a day and time. The day of, few hours before appointment, Lisa calls to cancel. They are busy, they have other people to attend to. We had to reorganize our entire day to make this happen and now they want to come back the next day, drop in whenever they feel like. This was not Ok or professional on their part so we asked for them to make an effort to still come on that day they were supposed to, and also have the owner call us so we can speak and see what happened. Next day came and went. No calls. No apologies. Nothing. No owner, no next scheduled appointment. We had to again pursue them the following week, only to eventually drop them and start looking for a new service provider. When customers have major home appliance issues, like air conditioning in middle of approaching summer in South FL, they look for a dependable service provider. That's 90% of the rating right there. These guys fail to make the mark and leave you dry and hanging. For a family run small biz operation, this is inexcusable. Like I said, zero care, zero attention, better deal with someone else or take your chances. Good luck finding dependable people in Miami area. Not an easy task folks!

I have been using Dade Appliance for 19 years and highly recommend their services. I have a rental property that from time-to-time appliances need repairs. I call Dade Appliance, they send out a technician, call me with an estimate, do the repair and I pay over the phone with a credit card. Tenant is happy, I am happy. I have never met anyone at Dade Appliance face-to-face but can tell they are truly professional. My mom called me the other day stating her gas dryer doesn't turn on and asked me if I knew someone. Do I know someone? Of course I do. I called Dade Appliance, they sent over a technician and they fixed the dryer on the spot. Thank you for the wonderful 19 years of exceptional service.
