My elderly mother used Iceage . On the first visit they replaced the evaporar coil, filed claim at local supplier under homeowner's manufacturer warranty, and installed a new coil . They were very efficient and the owner George went out of his way to get this done as quickly as possible . They came back a second time because my mother’s drain pan was cracked and leaking and they repaired it very efficiently . It has been a true pleasure dealing with this business and the owner that is hands on . Especially since not having airconditioning for an elderly person can have devastating effects .
