I had a great experience with A/C Tropical. The whole process went smoothly and Yasel and his team did a great job installing our new A/C.

We needed a new AC unit for the house and we hire AC tropical Corp to do the job. However, this company do a good job. The ac unit they installed has been malfunctioning and is not cooling the house. We found out that Mr Yasel Rodriguez had cut out a piece from the left side of the unit iin order to connect a pipe. connect a pipe. When we called him to replace the unit, he agreed, then disappeared . Mr. Yasel Rodriguez stopped answering our calls. We are in the process of escalating the issues with the concerned authorities so they can assist us legally in this matter.

I got problem with my home AC and making an internet searching i found A.C. Tropical and that was a hit of a good lock; because A.C. Tropical I think was the best that could happen to me. Yasel is a professional and responsible person. The answer of AC Tropical was, fast, effective, clean and with a good price. Definitely i recommend A.C. Thank you Yasel, i was very pleased with the installation of my new AC system. They brought enough people to do the job in a timely manner, took extra steps to insure they didn't make a mess in the house. They also included some extras as part of their standard package that others had not proposed. Their price was very competitive although not the lowest bidder. I went with A/C TROPICAL because I had the most confidence in them after their initial inspection visit.
