What a disappointment. Information presented and scheduling was seamless but the technician showed up without a working camera (which is absolutely needed to clean air ducts). What is even worse is that this led to a 30-minute back and forth between the technician, company office, and myself because the office was lying to me saying the technician found another camera in the van, which was simply false - we were at the home.

They are unprofessional, unprepared, and untruthful.

The scheduling part was easy and they were very nice. The gentleman that came and cleaned the air ducts was very nice and explained everything clearly... I really don’t think that it was worth the $300, I did not see any difference at all.

Jose did an outstanding work cleaning our Dryer duct and A/C vents. He went above and beyond and did a quick repair on one of our flexible ducts and connect it properly. He was awesome!!

This is my first time using this company. I needed dryer duct cleaning for my vent. They sent jose to do the job. He was excellent. The job he did was fast and he was very professional . Definitely using this company again

The only reason I used this company is because I wasn’t able to schedule my regular guys for this week.
Technician wiped ac vent covers and vacuumed a little in each air vent for about 1 minute each. It was cleaned deep enough, I can take my vacuum and do just that. They didn’t clean ac unit, they didn’t clean the coils just sprayed some sanitizer in the ac unit. That’s it.
I’ve been a home owner for a long time and yearly maintenance always includes cleaning the ac unit together with the air ducts. In fact cleaning coils is much more important than air ducts. There is no need to clean air ducts every year in fact, but coils should be cleaned (google it)
In the end of the cleaning technician said that he wouldn’t clean the coils and started saying that it was not included he said I should pay him another $100. When I called the company and stated that I’ve never had a service from any other company that didn’t clean coils together with air ducts as part of a yearly cleaning. He said that it is my fault cause they sent me this long email and I was suppose to read it and understand all the services and it is not their fault and it is my fault. And you know what? Yes it is my fault trusting this questionable company. Yes, they were very vague on the phone and as a person who doesn’t work with this I have no idea.. I always had coils cleaned together with air ducts. This type of sales techniques are so unprofessional, when you deceive customer in believing it all will be fine, we will take care of it. You name the price but then start adding things in the middle of the service.
Person on the phone wasn’t helpful at all. Said I have to pay them more, but it is a matter of principle not to give any extra money to people like this.
I wish this company luck in providing poor service and absolutely want to warn others not to use them.

I was very happy with the AC duct and dryer vent cleaning I had done today by Jose with Lowe’s Home Cleaning Service. He delivered excellent service, was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely use their services again and request him if at all possible.

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning company was excellent from the start. Their customer service was nice and helpful. Scheduling was smooth, and the technicians were extremely professional. They cleaned all the vents/ducts, supply & return lines... literally entire ventilation system was cleaned and sanitized. They even did a dryer vent cleaning for us and I could not believe how much lint and dirt came out of it. Overall A+ service and we will be using them again for sure.

Great service! The guy came on the time promised, he climbed the roof of my house, cleaned the dryer air ducts and was very nice and professional. Price was reasonable, I will definitely call them again if I have some issues. The guy was awesome and very informative.

I had the best and most professional experience with Lowe's Air Duct Svcs. The technician Jose came through and vacuumed all my Air ducts, cleaned the dryer vent, cleaned the coil in my air handler, and pulled out the Blower taking the wheel and housing apart for a good wash! This was the best money's worth job I've had in years! Thanks again Lowe's!!

Tech Mladin arrived at my home at exactly 9am which was my appointment time. He explained the whole procedure to me and then began the duct cleaning process. The tech was very polite & knowledgeable. He worked approx 2 hours & 30 minutes without interruption until the work was completed. We requested business cards to refer to our friends. Very satisfied.

I was hesitant about this company at first but boy was I wrong. Their scheduling was very fast with no delay. Jose came on time and did a fantastic job! He was very well mannered and knowledgeable. He did a thorough clean of the air ducts and showed us a before and after result. His service definitely won me over as a costumer. I highly recommend this to everyone!

The owner of the company was very friendly and actually listened when I explained how our business location was set up and he worked with us on the price of service. Other companies would just state their price for commercial service without considering the specific details of our office. Technician, Jose, was on time, professional, and personable. He answered all of our questions and explained the process. I would, and will, definitely recommend Lowes in the future, as well as utilize their services for our other locations.

Milan was fantastic! He did a great job, super respectful, and sweet to our baby boy/dog. Cost is fair and fixed. I really appreciated that and enjoyed the company communication overall.
