We paid nearly $500 to repair our AC unit on September 22nd 2025 and 6 weeks later it is doing the same thing it was doing before. We were given a 90 day warranty for parts but now they are not returning calls or texts. They do not honor their work or warranty on parts. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!

Great experience with this HVAC company. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem. He repaired our air conditioner quickly. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend their services.

I had Jacob out to my house to fix our unit after calling 3 other AC companies and them taking my money and telling me I needed all this stuff for the unit. Being a female I believed what they said. Needless to say they did not fix anything and the unit still did not work. Jacob came out and fixed our unit very quickly and was honest and very professional. I will definitely have this company back out the next time I need any service done.

Our heat pump went out after a month at our new house...good times. Everyone at Knights Heating and Cooling Service was helpful and friendly during the process of finding the problem and recommending the best solution. Highly recommend.

I called Knights Heating and Cooling Service in my basement. I was extremely happy with the service I received! They arrived at my home within a few hours and were professional right from the start. They explained exactly what they were going to do. All the crew were very polite!I highly recommend them

Wow. Talk about the worst experience ever. Request a diagnostic service for $59, get billed $195. Speak with a handful of foreign "dispatchers" and the billing department who promised to reduce the bill to the original amount of $59. Paid that amount, then we're told we'll be going to collections for the remaining $125 plus tax. Four phone calls later, we finally are able to speak with "Manager Jacob" who has "listened to the recordings". His specialty is to define service fee, then direct you to billing.

If you enjoy being lied to, over charged, threatened with collections after paying, or speaking with foreign call centers, then this is the HVAC company of your dreams! If I could leave negative stars, I would. After going through this experience, they seem to be a remotely operated foreign third party company that uses local technicians to generate $59 service fees (or $79 "memberships"). Stay local and use any other HVAC company. Knight Heating and Cooling Service is a SCAM, avoid at all costs.

He was professional and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to fix the unit and recommended some routine maintenance. He was informative, reliable and very helpful. Highly recommend him and Knights Heating and Cooling.

The downstairs unit went out and our regular company wouldn't come for 3 days. I called Knights Heating and Cooling Service and Mark arrived that day. He was polite and professional. Got our AC up and running. Thankful that I didn't have to endure this heat for 3 days.From now on wards I will be using Knights Heating and Cooling Service.

My heater stopped operating. Knights Heating and Cooling Service got someone out to my house within an hour, on a Friday. He was able to identify the problem expeditiously. Once the required part was available, the specialist got it installed and the system up and operating. Will definitely be using them for all of my future HVAC needs!!

Very professional company with great customer service. I used them to fix my noisy furnace in my rental house. Knights Heating and Cooling Service is a very reputable company. Despite my absence they did the work right and in a timely manner. I'd recommend them to anyone.

On a Friday night my air conditioner wouldn’t turn on. I called Knights Heating and Cooling Service line. I was connected to Mark in minutes. He was awesome walking me through multiple troubleshooting ideas until we got it working! He was professional and pretty funny too. 15 minutes later and I’m starting my weekend off comfortably. Great company to work with!

We hire Knights Heating and Cooling Service to come to our house, and our rental, twice per year. Once in the spring to maintain the AC, and once in the fall to maintain the furnace. Todd has been our service agent for several years now and always does a fantastic job! He’s very reliable, always on time, always gives a call when he is on his way and is great about giving us a heads up on any potential concerns. Thank you!

I spoke with Knights Heating and Cooling Service manager about a furnace we had installed by another company. I had questions about the warranty and replacement options she obviously took my call and made it a priority. She had called me back within 20 minutes and relayed information. She had taken the time to research the issue on the internet and even called the manufacturer. I appreciate her diligence and the up beat attitude she provided to me even though I have never used their services before.

Brian serviced our commercial HVAC system, and he was excellent. He arrived early, prepared, and ready to work. Brian inspected every part carefully and made several efficiency improvements. He explained everything clearly and left a detailed report. The air quality and cooling have improved significantly. His professionalism really stood out. We’ll definitely be using this company again thanks to Brian!

Best company ever!!!

Thanks to United Rentals and their spot coolers they saved our meeting from having to be rescheduled. Our AC unit went down the day before a scheduled meeting. We called United Rentals, and they delivered spot coolers within hours of our quote. Cesar came out to evaluate our needs and followed up quickly with a quote and then the delivery person was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He even agreed to making a video for me on how to run them that I could pass along to coworkers. Their response time and professionalism made our problem manageable.

Management are super !! People working here !! I’ll come back ! 5 stars!
