a time crunch with an APU not working , and they got us in and fixed within 3 hrs. Super friendly and professional crew!!!!

Great experience , did pm service (oil change) for my reefer unit. No waiting time, 1 hour from check in to check out. Came here second time, PM OiL CHANGE. in and out in 1 hour. Great.

This shop is terrible and cheated me, I went to fix my Thermo king APU and paid over 2,000, not only they didn't fix it but also damaged the heater. I'd never recommend to go there, be very careful with a "technician "named Jorge, he is a scammer, when i say they are thieves it is because that is what they are, as i mentioned above i have a Thermoking APU which stopped blowing cold air, but heater and battery charger were working perfectly before making the mistake of going in this shop, after 3 or 4 hours of work i was told unit was good to go, i left Miami on way to Missouri where i parked for the night, it was early February and was cold, when tried to use the heater it did not work, then i tried the aircond and did not work, instead unit showed red triangle, it was Friday night, so i waited until Saturday to let them know. on my way back i went to Columbia, SC and called a TMK dealer, they took me in without appt. checked and fixed all the mess performed in Miami, it took them in SC over 3 hours to fix it, as i had 90 days guaranty nothing was changed to me. i will never go back to Thermoking Miami, be careful with this shop, good luck.

Simple APU fix. Took them 4 days to just diagnose it. Lost a customer for their lack of professionalism and lack of organizing in billing. Everyone here is completely inept of doing work ON TIME.

Finally this guys fixed my apu and have not had any problems with it. I had been to three other shops. Great techs here

Do yourself a favor keep your money in your pocket and take it somewhere else. The guy told me my reefer unit needed a computer,wire,and a senor. Gave me an estimate of over $1,900.00. It was after hours so they charged me $306.00 and didn't fix anything. I lost my load, had to deadhead. I took it to another shop and all it needed was freon recharge. What a total rip off. Don't get ripped off like me. Don't give them money for free like me.

After our second visit to this location, I'm happy to say that they know how to get things done! First visit was a PM on our TCU, this time was 3 alerts on the TCU that were causing shutdowns. Both visits they have gotten us in, in a timely manner, seem well organized, and the techs have diagnosed us and fixed it fast! Happy to say this will be our new "go to" location!

I took it here because i thought it would be top quality and just wanted to get my apu running I was having a acs code. They ended up getting me a 3k quote and still had to pay $325 just for them to look at it. Long story took it someplace else it was just the harness amd a fuse! 70 bucks! Thermo king are scam artist.

45 min job was charged 3+ hours of “Labor” because that is their policy. They will try to up charge you on every corner they can. I know dealers are scammers but to this extent.. Never going back here.

Do not explain clearly that they must charge pre trip inspection one hour even tho OM service was already done at other location few days prior.

Have no problem paying as long as expectation set right from beginning.

These guys helped me out in the middle of the night. My reefer quit while loaded. They got me up and running in less than an hour. Easy to find but it is downtown! I would definitely use these guys again!

Came in had an issue with my APU from a damage fan and a side panel bracket. Was very professional , knowledgeable, and quick. I was in and out in no time, and the work was done correctly. For that, I can make it to this location to always have work done on my system if needed anytime.
