My home AC broke on a Saturday due to old age. I knew the unit needed to be replaced. I spent all day calling local companies to no avail. Most couldn't do it until next week, and others quoted me exorbitant prices. A friend recommended Vice Mechanical. Pedro, the technician, drove from far away, arriving late in the evening. He assessed the problem and did a temporary fix to get me through the night. He quoted me an affordable price for the unit and installation. The very next day, Sunday, he was here with a brand-new AC split system. He installed both the indoor and outdoor units in about 3.5 hours. Then on Monday, he submitted all the info/paperwork to the manufacturer for the warranty. He did an excellent job, very professional, and very fast response with no fuss. I highly recommend Vice Mechanical for AC service or replacements 24/7. They are A++ professionals.
