CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! I called R& R and spoke to Maria I gave her the square footage I needed to buy SOD. I asked her how many pallets of SOD do I need she told me I needed 6 pallets. SOD has gone up in price like crazy, it’s now at $225 a pallet. My landscapers came and did the job and there was still 1 1/2 pallets left of SOD, that’s $337.50 in EXTRA SOD I DIDN’T NEED. When I called R&R and spoke to the manager Duval he told me there are no returns on SOD. Duval told me it says it on the receipt. I understand there’s no returnS on SOD, but if I give R&R the square footage I need and they give me so much more I feel I could return it. Duval said he graduated from the University of Florida and knows how to do math. Apparently he needs to go back to college or maybe elementary so he can figure out how to calculate square feet. The employees at R&R can’t do simple math. I knew I should have asked how many square feet will a pallet of SOD cover, but I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Trusting in R&R cost my family $337.50 on SOD I didn’t need. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but apparently I wasn’t. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

R/R - great company to buy landscaping. Fair price and they offer guidance. I appreciate how they do business. Will continue shopping with them.
