I’ve always found what I’ve needed and the times I’ve gone to a different nursery, I end up back at R&R because they always got it all. Very good prices on sod and soil, rocks are not on the cheap side, but I understand the inflation is driving that. Always had a good customer service experience as well. Will be coming back.

Excellent people facing your orders; you can quickly feel yourself as a family member of the team; they are very professional and accountable.
Sadly, the company was unable to serve one kind of stone that is shown as a sample on the floor, and they were unable to state if someday they would have those stones again. They should take off those stones from the sample area.

I’ve used R & R on multiple occasions. Very competitive prices in sod and soil. Nice selection of stones. Their delivery fee is on the lower side which is a good thing. I’ve recommended to my neighbors and have been equally pleased. The lady at the register is always helpful and pleasant.

I went buy last Tuesday 4/2/24 and placed n order for 8 pallets of palmetto sod at *R R Garden Center* . When I spoke to the salesman/ manager he had two types of quality grass one for $210 pallet which was a bit brown and the freshest sod which according to him Would be delivered every day. That was for $225 a pallet. I obviously order the better sod quality. Well today is day 5 that the sod has been planted and I have also water everyday. It’s very brown and horrible quality. This is NOT the same SOD that they showed me when I was at the nursery BUT when they deliver they send you obviously what they want. I will NEVER purchase anything from this place. 👎

I want to let the community know that this place sells terrible horse food, I am going to report this to the association of animal control the hay they sell there isbad old hay, I am urging the community not to buy any horse food there, I am goingvto be filling a complaint on this business and the owner Duval Rodriguez the rudest person he needs to know what he is doing and what services he is providing bad contaminated animal food. Do not go buy there.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received at your gardening establishment. During my recent visit, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner by you, Duval Rodriguez, due to a misunderstanding caused by one of your office employees. While I was speaking with one of your staff members about exchanging a product, I used a common European Spanish expression, which was misinterpreted by the young woman who was listening, even though the conversation was not directed at her nor had any connection to her. Without verifying the facts or hearing my side of the story, you assumed the worst and approached me in an aggressive and unjust manner, just because of what she said to you about her interpretation.

Despite accusing me of being disrespectful, the true disrespect came from you. Your attitude was arrogant and inconsiderate, as you jumped to conclusions without taking the time to investigate what had actually happened. Not only was I treated in a humiliating way, but I was also denied the basic right to be heard and respected as a customer. Such behavior is unacceptable in any business that values its relationship with its customers.

It is clear that customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for you, and your attitude reflects a blatant disregard for maintaining good relationships with those who choose your business. Disrespectful treatment like the one I received could lead to legal action, or even a public report in the media or on social networks, which could seriously damage your business’s reputation.

I urge you to reflect on the importance of investigating before making hasty judgments and to consider that every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. The true strength of a business lies in its ability to recognize mistakes, correct attitudes, and provide professional and humane service.

Great service. Great prices. These guys know how to do business. I always buy my gravel and soil from them.

Knowledgeable, Honest, Efficient, Cheaper than Competitors, plus a good variety of options for rocks. Needed rocks for a small Japanese-style garden, and they had the best prices ($6-$10 less per bag than any other local business). Purchased over 60 bags of grey river rock or what they have as Mexican rock and 30 bags of "mixta" or mixed rocks. They have a variety of sizes to choose from. The employees loaded the truck quickly and efficiently. They offered ideas and even suggested other options from other companies. Returned a few weeks later for more rocks and received consistent pricing and treatment. Highly recommend R & R.

This is my favorite nursery. Every time I go to buy Wtv I need for my projects it’s so easy. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Honestly it takes me longer to get there than the actual transaction. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

I bought bulk soil from R & R Garden Center and it completely ruined my project. Every single plant where this soil was used declined : fruit trees, vegetables, and ornamentals alike. When I called to address the issue, I spoke directly with the owner, but there was no accountability or solution offered. Instead, I was told they don’t test their soil and was referred to their supplier.

For a business selling soil professionally, this lack of quality control and responsibility is unacceptable. Better to spend more somewhere reliable than waste time, money, and effort only to end up with damaged trees and a project you can’t redo.

Update: business reached out to address the issues, was very courteous and went above and beyond to salvage the situation as best possible. 5 star for going above and beyond.

What I appreciated most was the calm environment; there weren’t too many people, which made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. The checkout lines moved quickly, allowing me to complete my purchases without any delays.

The customer service at R & R Nursery was also top-notch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions I had.
