I had a clog drain in my house I call a very well known company 2 weeks ago they charge 250.00 and they stilled the money, today I had the same damage, I call ARooter they came right away and they fixed the problem very professional, fast and very good price, I recommend this company to anyone having plumbing problems, they really know what they do and very honest

Highly recommend A-rooter. Has reasonable prices, knowledgeable was able to fix my bathroom right away but my favorite was how clean they left everything!!!

My house had a sewer back up. I called A Rooter plumbing they where at my house within a hour . Unclogged my house and even cleaned my bathroom and the price was reasonable.

We needed a drain field installed ASAP. Saul showed up the very next day for an estimate, and we decided to go with the company they were here the following day and had everything installed in a couple of hours. We have used A Rooter on two separate occasions for plumbing issues. The first time was to change the garbage disposal, and the second time was to repair a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Saul came out both times, and was able to resolve the issues quickly and affordable. Highly recommend A Rooter for any plumbing issues.

Saul was very responsive, professional and efficient. We had him install new faucets as well as replace the old metal pipes that connected to the wall. We will definitely use again when we need plumbing services.

Great service! I had major damage in my home due to a plumbing issue in a bathroom. Saul was able to accomodate to my hectic schedule and arranged for someone to come out during the odd hours of the night not just for a quote but prepared to tackle the job, they left at 1 am and the bill was more than affordable. So a year or so ago I had a shower drain that no one seemed to be able to fix, Saul came out and fixed it. I was elated and gave friends and family his name. Recently we discovered we have a water leak, Saul came out and gave us some suggestions to keep from having the hot water run continuously. He advised us that he needed to do a water leak test to find where the leak was and told my husband and I twice that it was going to be $600. We were also having our roof done and Thanksgiving was in two days so we said OK. Once I calmed down I did research and found that there were various prices but all were half the cost of what Saul was charging. When I told him that he said we charge $279 an hour and we charge for two hours and that the 2nd hour charge would be applied to our repairs. That is not what he had initially told us. We hired a company that had a flat rate of half the cost of the $600 and it didn't matter how long it took. I sent another text to Saul to ask him what his rate per hour would be to re-route a pipe to fix the problem and his response was this, "Don't do a hourly rate for that." Which really caught me off guard due to the fact that any other plumber I have contacted ALL have hourly rates. I feel that he handled this very unprofessionally and sad that he isn't the good guy I thought he was. Very Disappointing.

I contacted this company and a man named Saul came to my home. He was very nice, reasonably priced and helped me with my plumbing needs.

In my sons bathroom sink was not working correctly and I heard a leak behind the wall. He was able to help in both situations and was reasonable priced. I will defiantly call him again.

My bathrooms had a major clog and water/sewage came up from both my bathrooms. We called A Rooter from an app and Saul came right away. He gave us a very competitive rate and took care of our problem. He was very nice and professional. We are very happy and plan to use his services in the future.

What an incredible pro. Took care of a broken cold water valve and fluidmaster within an hour. So polite and professional.

Update 4/30. Strange leak from toilet and I called on a weekend. They came out and found roots! They removed everything and fixed up the toilet on a Saturday.

What a fantastic experience! They fixed a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink, a flapper on a toilet, and a shower unit that was clogged with sentiment! They worked in an efficient manner, and all fixtures are working excellently. Also, when I called the company to set up the appointment, it was easy and they had great availability. I will definitely use this company again.

Saul was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation. He offered help at every step of the way and showed genuine care for our situation. He came within 20 minutes of our call and really helped us feel at ease with our 1st floor toilet not working. He was really one of the best plumbers I have encountered. SUPER expensive! Saul was at my home for 27 minutes and charged almost $500. Unfortunately he knew that we needed the work done quickly for our next tenant and he took full advantage. Upon doing further research after he had left, I uncovered that his work should have cost $200-$300 tops. Saul failed to understand that he would win today with his high invoice, but will lose in perpetuity with this negative review. Take your business elsewhere!
