I am a property manager of condos and HOAs and Brothers Backflow is so easy to work with. They get things done quickly for me when I am in a pinch. The ladies in the office are wonderful fast and helpful and their pricing is fair. I use them to recertify my backflows on most of my properties every year!

I work for Tamarac Fire Dept & was called out this morning for a water leak at apt complex. Leak was located near backflow meter
& saw tag from Brothers. I called & spoke with Ashley on July 4th holiday. She was so helpful & polite. An absolute pleasure to deal with. She reached out to propert mgt & then called Broward County water dept to see if they could help the situation. Later on, she texted me an update on the situation. I feel she gave amazing customer service & Brothers is lucky to have her on their team. A++++ Ashley!!

I had a plumbing issue in my bathtub and called this company I found online. First, customer service was great, the guy who answered the phone was really kind and professional. He said someone was coming to my house as soon as possible. I thought "ok, maybe in a few hours, if I am lucky enough". I was impressed by how fast the man arrived at my place (45 min after my call). Diosvany quickly identified the issue and started to work. He had great manners, worked clean and efficient.
Of course, we don't want to have any more plumbing issues at home, but if we do, will definitely be calling this company again.

A friend had a very difficult clog on his house in Coral Gables that two other plumbing companies could not get it fixed. I tried to help and called Miami 24/7 Plumbing a local plumbing company. They came very quick and unclogged the sewer line and also went into the pipe with a camera. We found out that some tree roots were affecting the pipe. And yes they came next day to replace the affected area of the pipe. Amazing job. Once again, thank you guys.
