several calls made. different extensions, all sent me to voicemail which said it's very unusual they don't answer calls, not my experience

We used them for commercial plumbing work conducted on our sewer and relay back in 2019. Southwest plumbing invoiced for the job without closing out the permit. They were quick to invoice and collect the payment but never close out the permit resulting in a fine and county violation. They do not answer their phones or respond to voice mails and email messages. Buyer BEWARE!

These individuals operate with a level of negligence and dishonesty that should disqualify them from being hired under any circumstances.

They came onto my property, misdiagnosed the issue, and then proceeded to cause unnecessary damage while trying to justify more work. They cut into a wall for no reason, that sawed through another wall and broke tile on the opposite side. They also removed a toilet and broke the flange in the process, they also charged me for a clean out that was never installed yet still had the audacity to charge me $1,800.

On top of that, they pushed a supposed $14,000 repair and never even provided a formal quote. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate.

Trusting my instincts, I brought in an experienced plumber who correctly identified and fixed the actual issue for under $800.

I contacted management to address the situation and was told I would receive a follow-up call with the employee who performed the work to resolve the issue. That call never happened and I’m still waiting.

In the end, they didn’t fix the problem, caused additional damage to my property, and attempted to pressure me into unnecessary, overpriced work. This wasn’t just poor service, it was reckless and misleading.

Avoid this company entirely.

Eikel did excellent job no fuss. If we have problem again with the drain will call this company again.

Updated 4/22/26. Used F1 to pump out my septic tank. They were great as always...

F1 Plumbing always comes through. I had the fix a leaky faucet at my mother's house that was easily 30 years old. They came out the same day and solved our issue
