The plumbers are very knowledgeable. They were unable to run a test, the upstairs neighbor didn't cooperate with them. A part was changed.

Asked for an estimate and the representative said he would send me the proposal later in the afternoon. Seems like it was 5 minutes and he pulled a very high number out of the air. Close to 3k to have have a French Drain put in for my new AC unit. That’s a bit high. Plus he took the drywall out and did not replace it. I have to hire someone to do replace the drywall for 450. He said he told me that he doesn’t do drywall. I said no you didn’t when he called to raise the price because of some plumbing that had to be rerouted. I was at work and it made my day. Very clinical and did not flex on the price. He’s young and has a lot to learn. I will def not be using F1 for future renovation. Not to mention they did not finish cleaning up. Im redoing both my bathrooms. I’m a contractor and I treat my client very differently. You got to have to be reasonable or your not going to get repeat work.

Outstanding service. Eikel was on site within 1.5hrs of making the call. He quickly diagnosed the problem went and got the parts he need then completed all repair work. Total time from me making the initial call to completed repair was less than 4 hrs. 5 STARS for F1

Great company. We didn’t have water for 3 days due to pipe bursting, they came out within 1 hour of calling and where able to find the problem, remove old pipe and install a new one. The guys were great and cleaned up after everything. Definitely will use them again now that I’m thinking of removing water heater and installing a titan! A+++ company you won’t be disappointed

Had a water main burst outside my house and called F1 Plumbing. They were at my house within 45 minutes, resolved the issue quickly, and the price was very reasonable. The entire process was smooth — they used technology to keep me informed, communicated clearly, and handled everything professionally. I have not yet used these services but let me tell you why I will. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were running up Collins in Miami Beach and started to cut across traffic just before The W... And with the green light heading northbound... the driver made eye contact and waved us across! It sounds little I KNOW. But if the driver is willing to do the little things - they are more likely to deliver on the big things. So, cheers random stranger and thank you for you graciousness.
