Outstanding experience with a true master plumber in Miami / South Florida area. He was extremely punctual, quickly made an accurate diagnosis, and provided a quick solution to what could have easily become a plumbing emergency. What impressed me most was his speed and efficiency—he replaced two water heaters in the same day, even though one installation had tighter conditions and required more advanced technique.
