Today I received help from Rafael from Top Rate Plumbing. I called and was able to get same-day service, which I really appreciated. Rafael was very helpful and thorough in assisting me, and he took the time to determine that there was no issue with my pipes at all. Excellent service and professionalism!

I also want to mention the woman I spoke to in customer service—I wish I had gotten her name. She was very helpful and made sure Rafael could come out quickly. Great overall service from start to finish!

The entire operation is outstanding! 2nd time I've used them. This service just as good as the last! Best trade service experience I've ever had in Miami! Jorge was service tech. Fixed issue quickly, was very conscientious and knowledgeable. The office staff scheduling the appointment and handling the payment were spot on! Highly recommend!!!

Prepared, The Tankless water heater stopped working few days ago and after a quick check it was clear the unit was bad, so they manage to replace it by a new one .

Our shower had an issue where water would not stop leaking. Rafael & Ivan did an amazing job. They came on time & they were very professional. They knew exactly how to fix our shower problem. Not only did they fix the leak but they replaced the shower knob that was causing our problem for some years now. The team was professional and answered our questions. Our water bill came higher than usual and we required an inspection. They were thorough and walked us through everything. Once they confirmed the issue, they broke down what was needed. We had issues with the toilets and on the same day they took care of making the necessary changes. Liubel and his team were amazing! He was able to find exactly what the issue was with my house’s plumbing and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Amazing work for a very reasonable price. I worked with Liubel in another property I previously owned as well and I’m always so impressed with the quality of his work and the integrity he has. Never trying to charge additional for anything, he tells it how it is. I wouldn’t work with any other plumbing company.

We had a leak on Sunday May 18 at our home in Islamorada. Left a message they returned our call pretty quickly set a time to come. Kenny was the employee that came he was GREAT and respectful and explained everything to us. He fixed the leak. Thank you guys so much. And kudos to Kenny.

Absolutely fantastic service! Our kitchen sink was completely clogged, and water was backing up. I called High Level Plumbing and they were at my door promptly and punctual. Liubel Otero and his helper were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the pipe unclogged in no time. Thet even gave me some helpful tips to prevent future clogs. The price was fair and transparent. I'm so impressed with their promptness and expertise.
