I have had a leaky main water valve leaking but worsened recently. Called TRPlumbing this morning at around 10 am to get an estimate for the job. Nick showed up in less than an hour. Long story short great estimate, the job was completed before 12pm the same day. Very helpful, down to earth and quick. Highly recommend TRPlumbing and will definitely reach out for future needs.

Davis arrived rapidly to to replace my angle stop cut off valve. He was professional, polite, and helpful. He answered all of my questions he he was clean left the workspace clean. It was an enjoyable experience. I would make sure that you ask for Davis if you need any plumbing issues resolved, use Top rate Plumbing. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Very satisfied with Rafael’s work. I called on December 31st due to a few leaks, and they were able to come out and resolve the issue the same day, as well as provide a diagnostic for another problem. Very professional and efficient. I found them because I needed an urgent fix, and they have now replaced my previous plumbing company.

Firstly, if I could give this company zero — or even negative — stars, I would.

We hired them to fix a plumbing problem after our shower backed up and flooded the bathroom. When the plumber arrived, he was unprofessional from the start. With a very rudimentary approach and an abrasive demeanor, he began working. After a couple of hours, he told us the problem was completely fixed and that we wouldn’t have any future issues.

That turned out not to be true.

We were charged over $900, and he left soon after. Not even 24 hours later, the shower backed up again — this time much worse than before. The water seeped into the bedroom and ruined our wooden floors.

We called immediately and asked for someone to come back. At first, the plumber refused, saying there was “no guarantee,” despite the fact it had been less than a day since the supposed repair. After a long discussion, he finally returned. This time, he brought a camera and proper tools — which should have been used from the beginning — and then said the real issue was a blockage that would require breaking tiles and removing pipes.

After he left, we were told we owed an additional $500, on top of whatever the future repairs would cost. We were stunned. We had already paid $900 for work that clearly did not fix the issue.

We called the company to request a refund, since the original service was presented as a full repair. They refused, insisting the $900 was simply “for the service performed,” regardless of whether it actually solved anything.

In our experience, this company avoids responsibility and does not stand behind its work. We deeply regret hiring them and hope others avoid going through what we did.

Learn from our mistake and look elsewhere.

Davis did an amazing job in my bathroom faucet and supply lines, he's very professional, respectful, polite knowledgeable and very neat. I'm very happy, i will call him again. I highly recommend.

Top Rate Plumbing was great. The young gentleman came in looked at the problem and told me what was wrong, Told me what needed to be done fixed it and he was done in 35 to 40 minutes. Top Rate Plumbing (TRP) is excellent. I reached out to TRP for an issue with a washing machine. Beginning with the person who took my call and scheduled service on the same day to Davis who timely arrived, examined the washing machine, and narrowed the possible issues to Leo who was called to assist late in the day, all provided excellent service.

Top Rate Plumbing does excellent work. Michael was extremely clean, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was left spotless when he finished.

You can tell the company is run by people who genuinely care about their customers and making sure the job is done correct. I really appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable plumbing work.

We had two young plumbers come in today to install a faucet, George and Julian, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The job was done smoothly and quickly, with total confidence and precision. They were polite, smiling, and very reassuring the entire time—such nice, positive energy to have in the house. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and they did it well. Highly recommend.

Davis and Mike came out as scheduled. They were very friendly and courteous and explained everything they had to do beforehand. When the work was finished they showed me everything that was done and made sure it was all working properly. They both have a great demeanor towards their work and it was a pleasure having them here to do our plumbing repairs. Top Rate is a great plumbing company that is quick to respond, and schedule service. They also give a courtesy call when the technicians are 30 minutes out, which I really appreciate.

I live in a single family home and experienced a backup in my kitchen sink drain. This happens without fail around the Thanksgiving holiday. Typically, it happens on Thanksgiving day or the night before. I got lucky that it was earlier this year. I chose TOP RATE PLUMBING
due to their reviews. They answered my call and had a service tech ready to come around 2pm. I then received a call from their operator asking if he could come earlier due to a quick finish at his last job.
Davis arrived with a friendly disposition and I took him to the kitchen. Of course, the sink was draining just fine when he tested it. I asked about a drain cleaning for all of the drains which was a procedure suggested to me a year ago. He gave me what I felt was a fair price and we ended up doing it the same day. Davis brought two other plumbers, MIKE and JULIAN. They were both friendly and respectful to me and my home. They cleaned up the mess that was caused by using the jets to clean all of my drains. DAVIS felt comfortable to leave them to complete the job and asked me before he left if I was comfortable as well.
I will definitely call this plumbing company again in the future!!

Amazing company to deal with. Noticed my water bill was double what it was usually, and found a leak. Called Top Rate Plumbing and they immediately scheduled a technician to come out. Nick was the technician who came out, talk about fast service! He was so friendly and professional. He found the leak quickly, underground, and repaired it! No more leaking! I will definitely be calling Top Rate Plumbing again. Amazing!!!

We hired Top Rate Plumbing to fix a dishwasher plumbing issue. The only problem before they arrived was the dishwasher connection — everything else in the kitchen was functioning properly.
The technician stated the previous piping was incorrectly done (which worked perfectly for last 15-20 years) and proceeded to redo the pipe connections. After they left, we discovered there was no hot water coming from the kitchen sink.
We called them back to inspect the issue, since the problem started only after their work. When they returned, they claimed someone else must have touched the plumbing and refused to take responsibility. They stated it would not be covered under warranty and demanded an additional $280 on top of the $400 already paid.
We did not have anyone else touch the plumbing. It is extremely concerning to be blamed for something that occurred immediately after their repair. To make matters worse, when they left the second time, the pipes were leaking and damaged — leaving us in worse condition than before they arrived.
We now have no hot water and additional plumbing issues that did not exist prior to their service.
Very disappointing experience. We cannot recommend this company.

The service was dispatched quickly and Jorge arrived within 15 to 20 minutes after our call. Jorge was very professional and helpful with his knowledge. Job was done within one hour or less. Very satisfied with this company.

Mike the plumber was outstanding—patient, kind, and one of the hardest-working people I’ve met. The quality of his work was exceptional; everything was done with precision and care, and the results truly show it. On top of that, the company’s communication was amazing. They kept me updated the whole time and delivered professional, reliable service from start to finish. I’m beyond impressed with both the craftsmanship and the customer service. Highly recommen
