This outfit came out provided me with a very Faire quote. Gave me a date. They showed up on time as promised. They did an excellent job and explained to me the process as they were doing it. There were two crews, both were courteous and mannered. I highly recomend them to work in your home.

I contacted them because of all the great reviews I read but they were a massive let down for me.
All I needed was the inspection of a Potential plumbing issue for an estimate; no big tools, no big rush, just tell me when you're available so you can take a look and I even offered to pay them just for their consideration.
Day 1: Was gonna show up an hour late so I had to leave for work. Had to cancel.
Day 2: After being late again, called to flat out cancel.
Day 3: Finally inspects the issue, tells me they'll be in touch.
Day 4: I reach out for an estimate and they tell me it's not ready yet...
And that's it. Nothing else. Haven't heard from them again and I wouldn't want to if they even offered me a freebie. Just terrible communication and uninterested it seems.

The reviews lived up to my experience. I called a Friday morning and they came onsite the same day within the time window provided. After inspecting the issue, they found the source of the problem, provided us options with a great details. They got to work tackling the root of the issue and applying a permanent fix. The plumbers performed an amazing job and by the end of it, we couldn’t have noticed that work was (they were extremely clean and detailed).

Great service! I'm a property manager and I'm always running in to plumbing issues! When I call PTR they always pick up the phone and show up to fix my problems! I've used them for pipe lining, septic tank pump outs, sewer jetting, emergency service they do it all! Highly recommend.

Time and time again, Julio has delivered excellent service.Our cast iron pipes, were repaired by him and his team and then we had clogged drains that he cleared. No matter how late ithe day, he always comes to our rescue. He's dependable and efficient. My family and I are so grateful to have him as our plumber.

They are reasonable! I got the impression that they do not solve 100% of the problem with the intention of providing another service (pipe coating).

They did the work of uncloging the drain line because of an overflow in the floor drain, on a Thursday, and on Monday there was already the same problem (this is because Saturday and Sunday the building was closed and on Monday it was a holiday).

On Tuesday we had the same problem again a few hours after the operation of the building, and ANOTHER COMPANY verified that the problem was not in the bathroom, but in the manhole outside the building that was clogged and when it overflowed all the sewage flow returned to the bathroom drain.

I spent a total of 1050 dollars with them (750 dollars from the first visit and 300 from the second visit) and they didn't solve my problem. When I asked for at least a partial refund, they stook to my messages.

I recently hired PTR for a pipe-lining project in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish they demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and excellent workmanship. The team arrived exactly when they said they would. Their trenchless solution saved us from major disruption no large excavations, minimal mess, and much less inconvenience than we had prepared for.The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and left the jobsite in great condition. Most importantly, the relined pipe is performing flawlessly: no more backups, no more worry under the slab.

PTR Plumbing communicated well. And were very professional. We ae getting an estimate on repiping the entire house, we will see how they compare to the other two plumbing companies we have coming out.
Wewent with PTR and they were AMAZING. Yosdel and the other 4 plumbers were very polite and considerite. They did a Great job and they even cleaned up after themselves PLUS didn't go home until the job was done (which happened to be 9:30 PM)
