Great service!! I highly recommend this plumbing company good customer service and they know what they are doing.

We had an appt. scheduled for him to install and they even confirmed THE DAY OF APPT, and then they never showed up. We had a huge event and expressed the urgency of the matter, and then they blew it off. They never cancelled, never texted or answered or anything. They were unprofessional and had no decency to even ever reach out to correct they're no shown or explain themselves, and caused issues for my event. Beyond disappointed and at this point, untrustworthy.

Confirmed an appointment for them to come and pump the septic tank. Nobody showed up at the time of the appointment, so I sent a message asking when they would be arriving. I could see the message was read, but no response. I called and was immediately hung up on. All my subsequent calls were sent to voicemail and all my messages were ignored. I was simply trying to reschedule the appointment but they never had the decency to respond. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable, I would not recommend using this company.

This company truly provides professional services. I called them for service about a clogged kitchen sink and within the same hour, they were at my property ready to take care of the issue.

They were professional throughout the process, respectful, and it was obvious that they knew what they are doing.

We own a home in Lighthouse Point built in 1966 that was fully lined by PTR several years ago. The crew back then was amazing and very professional. Thanks Yosdel! The reason I felt compelled to write this review is that now, several years later we had a problem with the system. They sent a team out lead by Yosdel who through a solid effort and expertise was able to get us going again. This is not easy work. You have to have extensive knowledge, experience and the appropriate equipment to resolve these type of issues. PTR has never let us down. Highly recommend them to anyone.

This morning my bathroom was clogged. I call him they came in the afternoon to take care the issue and found my cast iron pipe was collapsed they open the area collapsed and the rest of the line we going to lining 100% recommend. Amazing technician and explain all the steps .
