I've had problems with my water heater for more than 3 months until I finally found the perfect service of all. Rafael came to check the damage, gave me the estimate, and we closed the deal. Next thing, he came and did the job fast and professional. Here is a very happy lady. Recommended 💯.

I got several opinions and estimates prior to hiring Top Rate Plumbing. Some misdiagnosed the problem others came up with expensive and complicated solutions, videoing areas that clearly were not the problem and saying you can’t video the wall the pipes went to from the kitchen since drain. TRP videoed the correct area, came up with a solution that did not require a massive hole in the concrete block wall, and was economical. It was fixed the same day, along with replacing a was ring for 2 toilets. When they accidentally cracked one toilet, they told me and got a new toilet to replace it on them. Friendly, prompt, respectful and talented. It was not a fun job but they were experts. They also came up with better solutions for replacing old sewer lines than I have heard before. They will be mit go to company in Miami Beach for all my plumbing issues. Experts, good communicators, not afraid to write a professional written estimate, competent, reliable and honest. I could not be happier. Thanks guys!

Great experience. These guys came early, fixed my problems quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond. Given that it was an emergency service pricing was reasonable as well. George was my tech and on top of his game.

Jorge and Mike were lifesavers today! My kitchen sink was backing up and I have a newborn, so I felt the pressure of having it fixed quickly. Jorge kept his promise and he and Mike were able to fix it the same day (even though it was late in the evening for them both). They were also great with my family and dog. I highly recommend them!

Davis and Daniel did an amazing job. The job was swiftly and efficiently done. One of the best jobs Ive ever seen. The city was ready to run the bill up until they came and solved the problem, even detected and dug the landscape, then patched it. Amazing job.

Water heater broke over the weekend (cold showers!), Rafael arrived after midnight but could not resolve the issue due to missing parts. He then came back the next morning. He went above and beyond to get the issue fixed. There were issues with the supplier delivering the unit and he drove all the way to West Palm Beach to pick it up. He works with you in regards to pricing and is fair. Rafael went the extra mile to ensure resolution of the problem. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for emergency plumbing services.

My kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. It was a tricky job as installed on granite top and difficult to fit. Top Rate Plumbing family owned for 30+ years sent Rafael to install. Excellent plumber, service and price. You will be pleased with their competence and fair pricing.

Amazing service and fair pricing. Rafael came out to inspect the leak and quote the price and he was nothing short of fantastic. He showed me the problem and took his time to make sure that I understood what needed to be done. I called a few other places to get a quote for the job and they were on par with top rate but I ended up going with top rate because of their commitment to service. They also stand behind their work so if there any issues, they will come out at no charge and fix it.

The best guys I could have called! They did a wonderful job and came out right away when my parents had a leak from a pipe underneath the driveway. Our water bill was $500+ and we didn’t know what to do. A few companies we called came out and said they couldn’t help us. But Top Rate was the only one who said yes they can get the job done. They were honest and upfront about everything they were going to do and worked diligently to not tear up our yard which we appreciated.
