Spent over a week trying to get a response from them for a water heater replacement, they did not send me a proposal, return calls, respond to the inquiry or provide even the basic responses required to a potential customer. Would give zero stars if possible.

I called Precision with a clogged toilet and my house AC freezing over and they came in and took care if the plumbing clogged pretty fast and save my AC, when other companies told me to replace it

Precision is a great company, they resolve my a/c issues quickly and with a great communication team

Great service, the technician arrived promptly and was able to repair the unit. They also followed up to make sure the unit was still running after the repair.

Extremely pleased with the service, on time , they took care of every detail . They are very professional and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone .

DO NOT USE PRECISION FOR ANYTHING!!!! Compressor they installed for $3k broke again a year later. It is also nearly impossible to get a response from anyone at Precision. Do not waste your time or money here if you actually care about your home.

I highly recommend this company. The person that came to my house, AllenT, was puntual, respectful, and did the repair well done and clean.
