I’ve had a long standing relationship with Precision. They take care of any plumbing issues and provide AC maintenance and repair to our business and home. They are efficient, knowledgeable and direct. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding. I recently replaced our AC unit. They sent a crew to take pics and measurements for a new system within hours of my first call and Allen (the supervisor) spent almost an hour answering all of my questions on the estimate and the various system options and concerns. The installation was done very professionally within a day after I accepted their estimate. I am very impressed by precision’s organization, knowledge and pricing and recommend them wholeheartedly.

WE CALLED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF A BROKEN PIPE IN THE BATHROOM, THE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS THE BEST, WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF CALLING THEY WERE ALREADY HERE, PUNCTUALITY, RESPONSIBILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM, ALSO VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN WHEN DOING THEIR WORK, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They do not know how to diagnose a problem, changed out a good water heater to then tell me I had to pay almost a thousand more to fix the real issue, cannot recommend.

Don't even think about hiring these "plumbers" unless you want to cause major damage to your property. Only the owner has the license, but those who are going to do the work do not. They don't even have a physical place to claim them.

They are different compared to all plumbers I had experienced in the past .Professional to the perfection, quality work and they have an excellent team. They are always on time and very responsible.(Supper happy with the excellent service)😁
