I had an emergency with my kitchen sink on a Saturday evening. I called Zoom Drain and they sent a technician out the very next day. The technician was friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided explanation as to what he was going to do and why. I highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone who has an issue.

Update - a year and a half after we originally called Zoom Drain, we had another issue with the bathroom plumbing. Mario Moreno was our technician. He is extremely knowledgeable, gave excellent advice on how to correct and avoid future problems, and was caring and compassionate. I highly recommend using Zoom Drain!

Called to fix a clogged drain in my bathroom causing it to back up and within an hour Oz was here to take care of it. He did a fantastic job, had reasonable prices and made sure everything was put back together and cleaned before he left. Very professional and great service. Would highly recommend.

the serviceman they sent was polite and efficient. I almost told him to leave when he initially offered a ridiculously high quote to snake my drain.
I appreciated his timeliness and his polite demeanor. and of course was happy he was able to snake my drain.
Companies like to upsell you to have your drains on camera, and he was no exception. i already had my drained videoed and told him he didn’t need to do it.
all that being said, he did a good job.

Mario from Zoom Drain was absolutely fantastic. He came to my home same day and immediately knew the problem and was able to fix it on the spot at a reasonable price. They are amazing, the reviews are spot on. The technician, Mario Moreno was honest about the work that needed to be done. It took him a few hours but when he was done I had clear and clean pipes.

He jetted the pipes using a camera and high water pressure. I was shocked by what came out of my pipes. In all my years as a homeowner, this processing was never before offered. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

They are honest, timely and professional. Also, cleaned up after himself.

Called him at 10pm for an emergency backup, and he was at the site, ready to work in less than 45 minutes! He walked us through the procedure and was ready to answer all the questions we had. We had a major clogged kitchen sink. We had just moved into our house and apparently the old owners never drain their kitchen drain. Highly recommend for people to do that once every few years. Wouldn’t have know that if it wasn’t for Mario there technician zoom sent over. They were here the same day I spoke to them. What an amazing service. Mario was extremely detailed and helpful in answering all my questions. Thank you Mario!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Company was responsive to coming out, but their price was very high compared to the others (nearly 4 times the estimate of the other two estimates)

Zoom Drain was great in replying and tending to my call for a plumbing service. Lisa immediately scheduled my appointment for the following day and followed up with me to inform me of a 30 minute window for service, making it very easy to adjust our schedule. Rick arrived on time, was very nice and efficient, and kept me informed during his visit. Great service.

I called Zoom Drain, on Sarturday September 14th, believe or not, a human being answered the phone, very politely, she explained me I had called the Zoon Drain in Coral Springs, I live in Davie, so she provided me with Zoom Drain phone number location that covers my area.

I called that number, again, a human being answered the phone, I told her a about the clogged toilet issue in my house.

She scheduled an appointmet on the same day.

Mario Moreno showed up in my house a few hours later, inspected the drains lines, found the proble and he took care of everything.

I thought I'd be an adult and snake a backed up duplex on my own but I was sure glad zoom drain came to the rescue. Super cool tech got sent out in in the same afternoon. I think his name was Adam, but super helpful inconvenient service. Will be using them again

After being told by a major drain company, that I needed to rip out my front yard landscaping in order to install a new “re-route” pipe for mucho $, I turned to Zoom Drain for a second opinion.

These guys saved the day. The entire house could not use the toilets bc we were having issues where the water was coming out through the bottom and all the other companies were giving us an appointment a few days out and we could not wait. These guys came the same day, they were extremely professional, very careful and they even sent me a picture of the person who they were sending to help before he got here. I’d definitely call them again.

I had a long standing problem with a storm drain since 2009 when we bought the house. Other service companies had looked at it and said it was a French drain that had to be replaced for $$$. Mario figured it out quickly and found no French drain. First he had to dig out the drain intake which had been clogged with roots and dirt. He then was able to determine the storm drain intake was connected to a 6" pipe that ran 150 feet underground to the back of my property to drain in a lake.
Rick, his supervisor came and found the drain was completely blocked by large tree roots that grew in from the end of the pipe. To determine that, he got in the water, dug to locate the end of the pipe to find the roots. You can have all the modern equipment like Zoom Drain has but without dedicated, hard working honest people like Rick and Mario, it's value is limited. I highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone who has any type of drain problem, they are honest, fair, and reasonably priced.
In addition, the office manager, Lisa, was very helpful in understanding the issues, being responsive, and making multiple appointments. When you have excellent office staff like Lisa when coupled with outstanding maintenance, you have a great company.
I'm not a friend or relative, of Zoom Drain, just a retired Air Force Lt Colonel who appreciates excellent service, uncommon these days.
