Being the president at my condo association building, I always try to figure out how to reduce costs. We did an assessment to replace the ventilation stacks and sewer pipes underneath the building.
the quotes we were getting from the plumbers were to break the walls in every unit and then trench the floors in the lobbies. I thought it was super expensive, very invasive and would take months. I decided to do some research and see if there’s any other way it could be done. While researching online, I found out about pipe lining. I called several companies and got quotes and listend to their method of how they would tackle this large job. The issue was that all the companies wanted to gap that means that all the tees in the ventilation stacks would not be aligned which would not be up to city code. When I interviewed Eco pipe lining they were super professional and they were going to sleeve the entire line and with a robotic cutter reopen the connections to the branches that were blocked with their liner.
I realized they would be the perfect company to hire for the job due to their experience. Also, the material they were using no other company had it. It was much stronger as it’s made out of fiberglass and not felt. The curing method for the fiberglass material is with UV lighting, which takes 15 minutes instead of 4 to 12 hours like the other materials and they were super competitive with their pricing. Knowing that they had the strongest material, with the fastest curing time and that they’re not going to gap the connection, according to city code, it was a no-brainer to go with Eco pipelining on this large job. We are super happy with the results. I would highly recommend Eco pipelining if you have a large job and you want to get the job done the right way!

This hydraulic improvement technology is very helpful for Castiron pipes. It permanently solves the problem and has a 10-year warranty. However, it lasts 70 years. This is incredible.

Zoom Drain saved us thousands of dollars. After two years of dealing with issues related to our septic tank, we were scheduling a drain field replacement. Before we were to make a decision, we searched via the internet for hydro jetting services when we found Zoom Drain. During the hydro jetting service, we discovered that the connection to the drain field was broken off. Rick, the technician, was amazing & went above & beyond to help us resolve our issue. I called in Zoom Drains to inspect the plumbing in a rental property that's undergoing renovations. They were very helpful in identifying the problems in the pipe, gave me detail explanations and videos of the pipes, and talked to my plumber in remediating the problem. I had a new flush tower installed in a Toto toilet. The Zoom plumber did an excellent job. In addition, the price was very reasonable and was set in advance, and the plumber was on time and very efficient. I have worked with several plumbing companies in the Miami area and, in my opinion, Zoom is at the top of the list. I will definitely be calling Zoom again.

Just to let you all know Oz came over to our home today because we had some problems with our toilet and he was very knowledgeable about our problem. He really really wanted to help us figure out exactly what had happened and he took pictures .
And explained everything to me about toilets, the plumbing, the water flow more than I’ve ever wanted to know. I now know lol. all around I think he was a good representation of your company And if we ever need anything done with our plumbing, will definitely call and ask for Oz

Would highly recommend. I sent out a message to check my kitchen sink and the response was immediate. Mario was very professional and fast. I did the jet treatment and never realized how much build up I had of grease over the years. He showed me a camera thru the pipes of the build up. And showed the clean up after. It's like I have a new pipe.

Mario was professional and knowledgeable. He always ask before proceeding and explained with detail what he was going to do. Cleaned up and even explained the warranty. Overall, it was a great experience.
