I hired them to dig a well and install a pump to replace my sprinkler system that ran off of city water. They were very professional, hard working and kept me updated with every step they did. They even continued working in the rain to complete the job. Excellent work and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Johnny went above and beyond! He came out on a Saturday, he was here from 2:00 till well past 11:00 for an emergency service call. Johnny restored the water to our house and was fair on the price. Budget Wells is definitely a reliable company you can trust!

I had been having many problems with an improperly done previous well. John was able to redo the well in the same location with much better technique and materials. John and his workers are very knowledgeable and did a great job.

I called over a month ago and gave them my name, address, and phone number to get an estimate to drill a well, install a pump and sprinkler system. After two weeks, I called again and was told they would get back to me, that was two weeks ago. A very bad start, I no longer trust this company will honor their commitments. I DO NOT recommend this company.
Update: First, my condolences for your lost. I did call you and spoke to you twice in the four weeks. If you have so much work, why tell me you're going to get back to me. Over a month to give me an estimate, then what, a year to get the work done.

Great service. John is very professional and knowledgeable. We had an emergency situation with our well pump over the weekend and he fixed it right away. He even installed a system that would allow us to get water from another well in case of an emergency situation.

Under pouring rain this company came to my rescue when my well pump went out. Jonathan was very reliable and very knowledgably inclined with pumps/wells. From a simple video, he knew what the problem was. He came back the next day and within a couple hours, the job was done! Since then, has also text to check in to see how our system was running. Great job!

John was great to deal with from start to finish. As their name implied he saved me a few hundred dollars over what others had quoted. Most importantly he was quick, considerate, and did what he said. Other companies were only willing to drill so far but they went over 120’ to make sure my water was clear and not sandy... honesty’s about pricing from the beginning and in the end I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend him. Don’t let the name fool you, they’re top notch and I deal with contractors all day long.

John showed up same day to help diagnose what we thought was a critical issue with our well water pump. It turns out he was able to help determine we had a plumbing leak elsewhere in the house which was causing our pump to run constantly but there was no issue with the pump itself. Not only was he able to provide clarity on the situation and point us in the right direction but he didn't even charge us for the same day service call. It's not easy to find reputable and honest companies these days but John certainly earned my respect and future business going forward due to his transparency, professionalism and care. He came highly recommended to us from another company we use and I can see why he is so highly regarded!
