I had the Leak Detection Company detect a leak in my pool and Alejandro fixed the leak. Him and his partner worked in a very organized, professional, and diligent manner. I would highly recommend this company for any leak detection purposes in the household.

After numerous companies giving opinions (guesses), we were directed to American Leak Detection. Diane in the office sent Alex to assist us with our problem. With state of the art equipment, Alex was able to find the source of the leak and subsequently repair our issue. Scheduling was spot on, and communication was outstanding! Very good experience. They've fixed two leaks on two different occasions for me. First time was about 8-10 years ago and the repair is still fine. Most recently Devondro found a leak in my skimmer and patched it right away. Don't know if they are the cheapest or not, but they are fast and they do quality work.

Diana was always efficient tin her calls and confining appointment, even when my schedule didn’t allow me to be so efficient back. :) this helps greatly.

My renters weren’t able to meet him for some reason so the technician was very kind and professional and offered to reschedule for the same day. MILTON is the most professional person I’ve ever had on my property. He showed up on a Saturday right on time and went to work trying to find my water leak. He found the source of the leak, but also went the extra mile and found other small things that were wasting water on my property inside and out, and helped me correct those as well.
From the time I called the office to tell them of my problem they were compassionate and worked to quickly send Milton down to take care of me. This is an outstanding well run company, and I am going to be a customer for life.

They charge you based off the size of your home!!! Same scope of work but god forbid you have a larger home. Was quoted 700 dollars just to come and see the issue, covering two hours of “detection”. Woman was smug, rude and even looked up my address! I have never heard of something like this! I’m sure the tech is great, the secretary however needs help!

We had a $1000 leak

Milton arrived on time toward the end of the 1.5 hour window, and promptly explained his process and reassured me that he would document the process for our claim to the water company.

He detailed each step with me, and found the least expensive solution and solved the problem within an hour and my life was back on track.

He also identified issues which may become a problem in the future so that I could head off trouble at the pass. 😏
