Called at around 2 PM for an emergency leak that I couldn’t find. Was told I would be called ASAP to come and service me it’s now 8 pm I found the leak and already repaired it and I still haven’t received a call from anyone.

The worst company they come out and tell you. There's a leak in a certain place. It's not even close, not a good company to find leaks.

Great experience. Alejandro arrived within window promised, took time to explain discovery process, as well as, what was identified. Overall a positive experience.

Hired this company to find a leak, they explained that if $450 if they find the leak & $197 if they could not find it. After about a hour he states that he couldn’t find the leak due to a certain type of pipes I had but still charged me $400. When I explained to him that it should be $197 being that he was not able to find the leak, he blamed it on the type of pipes and how old the house was. Total rip off!

The technician was a wonderful And very knowledgeable person found a leak very fast. I’m very happy with the company that we using them in the future for other properties. I’ll give this five stars.
