I've ordered two tankless water heaters on separate occasions (different residence). Both times, service was excellent. The first time CSR was very helpful in answering my questions about it. Shipment was prompt and received a few days later.
The second time, I didn't need to talk to anyone, so I placed an online order. Again, shipment was prompt.

I own a triplex and have numerous uses for water heaters in all three units. I will definitely buy from this company in the future too!

I was so grateful to find this company. When our hot water stopped working, I called several companies who were taking more than a week to help me. I finally found this company. The on a Friday after it close. The phone was answered and documents were emailed to me. They received my documents on Monday contacted me early that that it was sent to City Gas for approval. Tuesday I had my hot water tank installed, and that was Thanksgiving week. This is an amazing company with great customer service. Also best price for gas hot water heater with installation. They do everything right.

Great company. Fast to respond, attentive, and very accommodating. Before a plumber even showed up at my door, I exchanged photos with the team so they could assess the situation and show up prepared.

I had to replace my water heater but it was kind of a complicated fix due to the way my apartment was built and how old the heater was, but the team knew what they were doing and found solutions when problems popped up along the way.

They even answered my calls outside of business hours to help me schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Recommend.

Awful customer service. I work for a plumbing contractor and called to check the availability of some repair parts. The man that answered the phone was rude and very unwilling to help. He insisted that I give him the model and serial number of the heater (which I did not have at the time) I told him that I had specific part numbers and would just like him to see if they had them in stock. He refused. My technician had already been on a call with tech support for the heater and they gave us the specific part numbers for the heater we were diagnosing. He still refused to look it up. Definitely won’t try to source parts from them again!!

In response to your reply: Your information is incorrect or you are mistaken about who this conversation was with. The heater we repaired absolutely was a Rheem and the part number that I provided was in fact a Rheem part number as I ended up ordering them directly from Rheem’s website. I had three parts and we never got past the first part number because you were unwilling to even check them. You initially refused to even look up the first part number until I insisted.

It was easy ordering. Their reps explained to me everything that was a concern to me as they did in a past order for a Hot Water Heater Tank. I noticed that the installer was very thorough in his work, and therefore, I got everything that I wanted with peace of mind. I am a very picky person, and everything has to be done right, and this company performs from A to Z. If it didn't, I wouldn't give it this review or use it again in the future.

I ordered a NEW water booster and they shipped me a used one. They said it was a mix up (I'm not sure how they honestly made that mistake), so I ship it back and ask to be sent a new one. They never send me a new one and then refuse to reimburse me for the shipping costs. Honestly feels more like a scam than a legitimate company.

Called for advice and there was no pressure to purchase from them. Their prices were better than Amazon and they were able to direct me to the best product so I went with them. Overall it was a great experience working with them and I’m very pleased with the water heater I have.

I found my item on Amazon, but it wouldn't ship for some odd reasons, so I looked up the vendor info, Miami Water and called them direct. The guy assisting me was great. Gave me $10 off, shipped it to me free. We have not instate the unit yet, but our friend recommended this unit and he loves his, so I doubt we will be disappointed with ours. A very pleasant experience, for sure.

Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. I called Miami Water Heater this morning around 10:52 am. I spoke to the rep on the phone he told me they’ll be here by noon. Alain got here at 11:45 am. Alain started to work on the water heater. He got the broken heater coil out and replaced it. Put everything back together and hot water was flowing again, by 12:22pm. Alain did excellent work. Thank you very much.
