Amazingly helpful staff, lightning fast shipping, even before Amazon made it typical for next-day delivery being a 'standard'. Great value and high quality heaters and heater parts. Been doing business with MWH since the late 1980's. Really consistent business.

Very bad service and customer care.
Left a Water heater for repair.First day the technician was in the Keys.Second day the technician called sick.
They never called me to let me know That they couldn't do the repair in the promised time.

Scheduling the installation was a breeze, and the company was very accommodating with my preferred date and time. On the day of the installation, the technician arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools.

The installation itself was completed efficiently and professionally. The technician explained each step of the process, ensuring that I understood what was being done. They removed the old part of the water heater, installed the new one, and connected all the necessary plumbing and electrical components. The entire process took just a few minutes, and the technician conducted a thorough test to ensure everything was working perfectly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences trying to work with this business. The person I spoke to, who I felt may have been the owner or manager, was rude and dismissive right from the start. He denied me service based on location—without even asking for my address. I had to push him to actually check the location, and when he finally did, he just stopped responding.

He asked me to send a photo of the garage where the water heater would go, so I sent both a clear photo and a short 1 minute video via text as he requested for communication. Again—no response. I had to email him just to get an answer. He then claimed he couldn’t see the video and that the photo wasn’t enough, and he gave me a partial quote for a tank system, even though I specifically asked for a tankless water heater in our phone call.

I followed up again with multiple photos showing all the details he’d need. Still nothing. No replies to my texts or my follow-up email. At this point, I’d been trying to communicate with him for over two hours with no effort on his part to move things forward or respond respectfully.

My last attempt was suggesting if there was a better time to communicate that was “convenient” for him, still not a single response. Our communications began at 1:40 pm and it is now 4:30 pm and I’m still left without a proper quote and I have not heard back from him since 3:00 pm.

Completely unprofessional. Poor communication. Bad attitude. No follow-through. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and spare yourself the frustration and waste of time.

I waited about a month to review this to tankless hot water heater. I halfto say it does work great. My husband hooked it up and it has been working as it should. I like how I can adjust the temp from the box. I also love that it doesn't take up all that space like our tanked one did. It shipped fast and came undamaged. Living in Maine I thought it was gonna take forever but I am very pleased on the timing. Thanks Miami Water Heaters...

Great Service and Staff. I called to get a quote on a new water heater, and they suggested exactly what I was looking and quoted me price that was lower than what I was expecting (better prices compared to HD and Lowes when you factor in delivery, installation, time and expertise).

They came in the same day within 2 hours and replaced the entire water heater in less than an hour. Alain was great, answered any questions I had and was very thorough in his work.

You can tell these guys really love what they're doing and it shows.

Several years ago Miami Water Heater Company installed a water heater at my residence. Recently there was an issue with the unit. I called the company and after a few questions they diagnosed the issue. It was determined that the water heater would need to be replaced and since the water heater was under warranty the following day they delivered and installed the new unit at my residence. I would like to commend the customer service personnel along with the technician for their professionalism and would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new water heater. Once again thank you and keep up the great work.

The quality of their piping and welding was top notch. They removed my old water heater and installed the new one quicker than I could finish my lunch.

Miami Water Heater could not have had better service and with a quickness. My water heater went out and I needed a new one ASAP. The next day they sent over the installer and I had hot water again. Carlos emailed me back and forth since I had questions and he answered them within minutes. It was like we were texting, but by email. The job was very well done, extremely professional, and I cannot recommend them more if you are in need of a water heater.

Had a satisfying experience from Miami Water Heater. There was an issue with Amazon that didn’t allow them to ship to my area. I called MWH directly and asked if they could ship the water heater and they actually had a better price than amazon did for the same product. They were. Rey helpful when I called for installation advice.

The pre-sales consultation was excellent—they took the time to explain my options and helped me select the right product for my home. Installation was fast, efficient, and handled by a professional crew that clearly takes pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and provided service with a smile—they even offered to clean the floors when they were done! It’s rare to find this level of care and attention these days. Marisa Guglielmo at Bond Street Salon is hands down the absolute best colorist out there. I have been going to her for years and would never think of cheating on her. Not a day goes by that random pedestrians stop and ask me where I get my hair done because the dimension is amazing. No joke.

Bond street is conveniently in the heart of delray and all of the staff members are exceptionally pleasant. I look forward to coming to the salon, getting my hair colored, and sharing in so many laughs!

Very professional!!! Very decent price!! Alex made whole plumbing on my duplex, remove old plumbing (1950 house) and setting up 3 full baths, 2 kitchens and two laundry rooms!! Strong recommended!!

Alex is a very knowledgeable and fair business man. The work he did was expertly done, the consultation explained exactly what he was going to do and he was more than fair when he priced the job. I even appreciate that he allowed me to decide whether I’d prefer to go the more expensive route and replace everything or just replace what was necessary to get the plumbing in working order.
