Our job was a complete lining of the main sewer line and 4 branches in our home. The company works in conjunction with Aqua Pro. The job started on Oct 5th with Jose and another person descaling all the pipes. That went smoothly. The lining was projected to be complete on Oct 8th, but an emergency at another job postponed it . The following week is when all the lining took place. A crew of 2 or 3 lined a branch or so a day and part of the main line. Due to a party on Oct 17th, the job needed to be complete by the Friday before. The lining crew was resourceful. They hit some snags with equipment which pushed back the timeline. If a conventional liner didn't work for a branch, they switched to a UV liner. If that didn't work, they were able to brush cast the branch. In other words, they knew how to regroup if a certain technique was not working. Because of the setbacks in timeline, the final day on Friday stretched to near midnight, but the crews pushed through and delivered the home in full working order for the party on Sunday.

I learned a lot in the process of relining my home and certainly learned that its a not a one size fits all type of jobs. Sewer Solutions was able to change course quickly in order to complete the job. I breathed a sigh of relief watching the final video inspection and seeing that not one square inch of my home is cast iron anymore. On top of that, the liner has a 50 year warranty.

The company performed well and was able to come from behind to finish the job on time. If you are a Broward customer looking to use this company, plan to provide space for their trailer to stay overnight as it makes it easier for them to get back and forth and provides more punctuality. Great job.

Call then at 3:00pm to ask if they would have time to fix my drain today and they told me they will be there in 10 minutes. Made it on time and were in and out in 20 minutes. Very respectful and good prices

Plumbing system was cleaned and lining installed. Laundry drain pipes were destroyed when opening up access to main drain pipe. Company salesman Yariel offered to do the repairs for an extra $1,500 after they broke it with their equipment. Absolutely unacceptable, to charge me extra for something they did. Will update more if there is anything else wrong in the future. I fear that this broken pipe may leak at some point. Most of the reviews I read on here were made by the same employees of the company.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Let me tell you. I called 6 plumbers before them, and I was getting exhausted with paying these guys 200-400 per visit only for the toilets upstairs to clog again a few days later!

Yariel checked with his camera and in less than 30 min found the culprit! The contractor who did the pipes never removed a test gasket and it was clogging the pipes!

Additionally, I thought I had a water pressure problem. A previous plumber had quoted me 3k to fix it. Yariel comes and removes the end of the faucets, cleans them and boom 💥 problem fixed!

The next day, 2 of his guys locate the gasket, cut a small hole in my ceiling, remove the gasket without even having to cut the pipes, and now I have no more problems!

Finally, an honest and very competent plumbing company. Very glad I stumbled upon them

As my house has 48 year old cast iron plumbing and had been giving me the occasional problems throughout the 15 years of living in it, I contacted Sewer Solutions to inquire about what exactly was it that they could offer me. Yariel answered all of my questions & even re-explained plumbing blah blah that I didn't catch the first time. I was happy to find that my sewer pipes could get relined without the additional cost of tearing up & replacing the tiles I had installed several years back. During the work, an extra deterioration was found that had not been seen during the estimate & it too was taken care of at no extra charge. Thank you for exposing, repairing & leaving accessible the buried clean-out and creating a clean-out for the newly discovered & repaired pipe.
