I would like to thank Yariel Quintana for his fast and professional response. He came to my home within an hour of me calling him. He assessed the situation immediately and gave me an estimate right away. He then had his crew out there the same day to start the lining of our sewer pipe they worked until 10:30 pm that night then came back the next morning and finished the job. I really can not express how impressed I was with his professionalism and work ethic. If you or anyone you know is having issues with a sewer pipe you should not hesitate to call these guys. They give you a before and after video of what they did. This no dig is the way to go. You could barley tell they was at my home not one part of my lawn was damaged. Thank you again Yariel and sewer solutions you guys are awesome. Highly recommend these guys.

We had a huge leak in our bathroom my parents and I wanted to find the best company for the job. Thankfully sewer solutions came and helped up. We got all the information on what we needed to do in order to prevent this from happening again. Yariel is so honest and helpful. Yariel and Yordel were amazing from the beginning. I called them to repipe the existing pipes in my home. They were both clear in their communication of the process. They were friendly and professional. They were open and honest when they ran into problems that were not in their control like the pipes that were collapsing on their own due to old age wear and tear. The pipes were cast iron original from 1971 & had only been partially repaired in certain areas throughout the house. Yariel and Yordel worked diligently everyday and navigated through the problem to get the job done even though it extended from 4 days to 11 days due to the issue they encountered, again out of their control. They left all the areas clean and clear after working each day. They have a great attitude which is comforting as home repairs are always stressful especially when unforeseen events happen. I would highly recommend them as they’re both honest and trustworthy. Yariel even circled back, multiple times, with me AFTER the job was completed to ask how we were doing & how the pipes were running. I can’t thank them enough for the job they’ve done. They completed the job of repiping certain areas in the house as well as having to reroute plumbing from one of the bathrooms. It was no small project and they exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen and sewer solutions. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Everything about this company was exceptional. Yariel set a time and told me he would be here. Precisely was here at time promised. From the scheduling team to the estimator and lining staff, everything was beyond our expectations. This is a team I would hire and cherish forever… #1!!!

Sewer Solutions replaced my broken tankless water heater few months ago. Ever since they installed it, the lights in my house would flicker every time hot water was running.
Two electricians came to troubleshoot and they both confirmed the problem was with the newly installed water heater (I paid for those visits out of my pocket).
I called Sewer Solutions and asked them to replace it. They took it to their shop and returned the same unit claiming the problem is with my wiring.
I asked to speak with the owner. After three days of me following up he finally called and said that he can recommend a good electrician. I said I could do it, but if the problem is with the water heater that they installed, he would have to pay for the visit. He said he would call me back.
That was 4 days ago. I called him 3 (three!) more times. Every time he picked up the phone and told me "I will call you back in 5 minutes". Still no call back.
Stay away. They rip you off.
I am going to report them to BBB as well.

These guys were amazing. Not only did they re-line my pipes, but they also installed two new shower heads, a new bathtub faucet, and a new toilet. They were also very responsive to every call or text. Finally, I received a picture and videos of the work that was done and a transferable warranty. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Juan was our technician came in and very professionally described the issue and once we had agreed on the repair everything went as described.
There were no headaches in the performance it all was done as discussed.

Extremely unprofessional!!!! Came to my house for a clogged pipe. They give me zero information about how much the visit costed and zero information about how much it would cost to fix the issue. No quotes, the fixed the issue without checking with me the home owner, I was given the opportunity to sign off on anything or agree to any quotes. I was then told I had to pay $450 after paying them $10000 to fix my main line initially. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever received. BUYER BEWARE!!

I came across sewer solutions! After seeing the ad on channel 7 news. And let me tell you I am glad I called this company. From start to finish they did an amazing job. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. They explained everything to detail. The technicians were also 👌 great, kind and very informative. Highly recommend! And will definitely used them again in the future.

Luis, Danny, Ernesto, and Alexi are unbelievably talented plumbers! They relined our entire building in only a few days with no digging. They even fixed half a dozen random plumbing issues for me in the building along the way. Very happy and I highly recommend this crew specifically.

We bought an older home and got the surprise that our cast iron pipe were scaling and cracking.

Sewer solutions made one visit and professionally filmed the pipe on close circuit and provided an estimate on the spot as well as schedule the four day process.

Here is the key takeaways - the cost was 15% of what replacing the pipes would be. The staff was exceptional in terms for professionalism and their skill/knowledge. This is not easy work and we are so impressed by the team and the product.
