Pésimo servicio 2 horas de espera para retirar un pedido realizado el miércoles que pague extra para que viniera viernes ahora resulta que después de 2 horas y más no está aquí que no existe la orden, durante estas 2 horas solo me dejaron esperando, dijeron que iban a ver qué pasó pero nunca volvió Luis que me estaba atendiendo.

Terrible servicio, nadie atendiendo y cuando apareció el primer empleado se tardaba una eternidad. Es una desgracia esta cadena
