I go to the biggest plumbing supply comp in Dade County and they dont have the handle for a water valve that I need....
Then, the employee says " you're going to have to pay a plumber to replace it"

I said: No, I can make that part if I have to..

The staff was very helpful and I have no problem returning merchandise that I didn't use. Will always go back when I'm working in the area.

Worst Ferguson they have open. I ordered a right hand toilet and they tried to give me a left hand toilet in a right hand box twice the same tank. In the same order they gave me a tank with no bolts. Terrible service will call guy just asks if we're going to pick up the order and when I tell him about the mistakes he says nothing just walks away

We placed an order on 11/28 were told it will take 2 days they will call on 12/3 we called and were told the part was there, it was a toilet part we were using a bucket to flush and on top they charged us 12 dollars for shipping on a 14 dollar part it should have been priority mail for $12.00

We placed an order and it's taking more than 3 weeks (still counting). What's worst it's that I'm still not knowing when it will arrive. Thay always tell me that they will call me back with an ETA but they never do. Not a company to do business with...

Usually long line to be attended. No line orginization. Suggest a sign in platformor very least a customer number counter. Most of the guys are very helpful otherwise.

I was pleasantly surprised. I don't frequent plumbing supply warehouses but it was easy to get help finding what i needed. The staff was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend visiting them if u need any plumbing supplies.

They open at 6:30 and don’t answer the phone to 7:30 is ridiculous

Really unprofessional, takes so long just to pay , line is unorganized as well, went there for some female adapters and took well over an hour just to checkout. Don’t come here if you are trying to wait for a long time.

Every time I go over it takes at least 30 mins to get materials, whether it’s 2 items or 30. On top of that I always have to go back to the counter because either the inventory doesn’t match what the counter guys have on their computers or the counter guy (One specifically) gets your order wrong. So there goes another 20 mins waiting. From now on we’ll go to Bond.

Costumer service in this store is trash.
After I waited for 30 min on the line the cashier (1 first one to the right counter) told me that I have to picked up the items from the shelves and I said Ok. While you find me the rest item that are not available in the shelves I will bring the rest. He told that he can't put the rest of the costumer in hold for that. But I had to wait for 30 min to be attended. Great way to lose a bill of 1000$ bc all my list was for propress.

This guy with your shirt on driving aggressive and then tried to pull a gun out on me black infinity and the vin doesn't match the car you guys need to check who works for you

This store is horrible. Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody on the phone.

Had these guys park blocking every contractor and tenant at the building. Driver claimed security told him to park there. Called to have the driver move the truck multiple times. Ignored.

Missed my passport appointment.

Showed a photo to management and they were pissed.

Take your business to professionals.if they can’t park properly what makes you think they can deliver your appliances. 🤡

I highly recommend this company for all plumbing jobs. We have been having erosion in our copper pipes for years now with severe leaking throughout the entire house. They replaced every single pipe in the house with proficiency, effectively, and executed every detail in a professional manner. They were punctual and very precise in their craft. The level of care they exhibited surpassed our expectations and they priced fair despite price gouging in recent years. They even recommended and placed a water softener to help eliminate the treatments from the water system. Their personal touch and attention to accommodate a working family schedule was outstanding!
