Carlos was responsive, knew what to fix, just by listening to the problem over the phone. Said he'll get it done on the days and hours he proposed, and got it done. He did it fast, clean & effectively, and priced fairly.

Most companies I talked to spent 10 minutes looking at my new master bath project and left. Carlos spent a hour asking questions about what I wanted and explaining to me what needed to be done. He gave me a decent quote and started work in a few days. Everything passed inspection the first time. Couldn’t have gone better. He’s on my speed dial.

Look no further for a reliable plumber! Carlos came last minute to help with a toilet that wasn’t flushing on the weekend. He was very attentive to my special needs as I run an Airbnb and was on a time crunch. He later came to fix other ongoing issues with the same toilet (this was poorly installed during a remodel). He explained exactly in good detail what needed replaced, broke down the price and did not overcharge. He will be the only plumber I use in Miami!

EXCEPTIONAL service ⭐️ we’ve worked with Mr.Carlos twice , the first time we were having trouble with our shower and toilet he came out told us the issue and fix it next day . Our second interaction was our kitchen sink leakage problem he came saw the issue got right to work and fixed within a few minutes . Carlos did a great job. Very dedicated and professional. Definitely someone who cares about his performance and reputation. We used Sharscottyy during a house remodeling and he ran completely new water lines for our studio. He also worked new pipes for bathroom, kitchen and new ice maker line. New lines to septic tank. All done diligently and efficiently. Definitely someone I would recommend and rehire for future jobs. Excellent value.

He responded quickly to my request. I have a broken shower handle that made it hard to turn the water on and off. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me a fair price. He had all the necessary tools and I could tell by talking to him he is very humble and take pride in providing quality work. Also had him repair a toilet. I would highly recommend him.

Carlos helped me replace a shower valve and handle as I was only receiving hot water for some reason. We replaced the existing unit with a US brand as recommended and the shower ended up with a superior performance. I am a satisfied customer left with a great /simplified shower for years to come.
