They attended with professionalism and the tech arrived and solved the leak that I had inside my bathroom. They collected everything and left everything very clean. Thanks Miami Shores Plumbing for such good service.

With so manny plumbing companies out there, there is absolutely no reason to call MSP. They are not only extrenely expensive but have absolutely no sense about what costumer services means. I don’t recommend anybody to use their services.

This was the worst job a plumbing company can do. We hired them to replace a water filter for kitchen
As they installed the water filter and connect it back, it cause the ice maker in the fridge to leak due to the wrong connection. They fixed it by disconnecting the ice maker and now we don’t have ice
While fixing the water pressure in shower, they decided to change the mixer, and asked to shut the water off from the main gage under the sink. Once they replaced the mixer I said they were all finished and ready to leave I asked to check the water to see if it improved I find that they left the water shut off. I asked how come they said because there is a leak at the main gage. I asked why wouldn’t they fix it. They are a plumbing company. Their answer was that it needs a plumber!! It was an embarrassing situation for a plumbing company to cause a leak and pretend it was not part of their jobs and then to refuse to fix it
I would never recommend them to anyone and everyone should stay away from their services -
I called Miami Shores Plumbing because I had a sewage backup in my apartment (condo building). My toilet was leaking and there was sewage backing up through my tub...ugh!! It turned out to be quite a long 2 days of twists and turns and surprises, but the plumbers handled it with diligence and professionalism. There was a moment where the company COULD have chosen to charge me more, but chose not to. They did the right thing. I have to thank Ivan and Joel for sticking with me and making this trying situation bearable. Ivan especially...THANK YOU!!

These guys are a terrible rip off. They were called out for a leak that was going down to the bottom apartment. The first plumber says he fixed the issue $580 for 2 hours job. Then the next day the leak continued. They came out again and said the faucet under the sink was leaking (obvious leak that should have been caught the first time) Then charged $562 to diagnose the issue that should have been caught the day before. Then charged $450 to change out a faucet. Total these guys want to charge me $1,592.50 to basically change out a faucet that should have been a $250 job. Don't use these people. Total rip off.

We called Miami Shores Plumbing Saturday morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes. The plumber reached and quickly started working to fix our issue. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Kenneth the owner of the Company gave me the approximate estimate over the phone. It was my very first time doing business with this Company. The plumber was scheduled on the next day. Mauricio was the name of the plumber. He was very knowledgeable, very kind and prompt. He completed the work at the price below the phone estimate.I highly recommend Miami Shores Plumbing.

If you ever care your friends and families that you must tell them stay away from the company.
They don't feel it's wrong to over charge you. And they could give all the excuses for the bible for why the have to charge you 5~10 times more than any other plumber/company.
They have a specialist for just answering the calls and debating with you as long as you want. Because, they know you will give up in the end.
Ok......if you have time to negotiate with them that you may try. But, most likely they won't back down.
They definitely won't give you the quote before they start. Because, they knew you will not hire them.
So, don't believe if you go with a big company that you will get fair services. Please read the review 1st.
Update: After we sent the complaint. They did adjust the invoice. So, I will give them 3 stars instead of 1. It's never too late to do some changes that's my recommendations and it's free of charge. -
Now this is a great plumbing company. They are very well known. They will go out of the way, to do the best plumbing job possible. I give them five stars plus another five, if I could. Very very reliable, and honest. You will not go wrong, with Miami Shores Plumbing.

Said it would be $250 for the first hour for a weekend service call. Normally that would have been high, but, on the weekend I agreed. When presented with the bill for 1 hour's work, it was $295. I asked why the extra amount and the guy said the hourly rate starts from when he arrives and ends when he finishes writing the bill. So, I was charged a full extra half hour because it took him ten minutes to write the invoice and he said he was there for an hour and ten minutes.
I will not be using their services again. -
It is a ripoff! They quoted one price "for a visit only" of $225. Half-way through the visit their price for the same visit went up to $250. Then they gave their estimate for what should have been a $1,200 job of... $2,400. We asked them to explain the sudden 100% price gouging jump. They never called back. In summary: they go around and grab money for nothing, and take occasional shots at unsuspecting clients who may be desperate enough to accept their 125% marked-up ripoff prices. Stay AWAY!

They arrived in a very timely fashion. Great Professionalism from the crew team. Once they showed up, they quickly assessed the scene, fixed the problem, and showed great efficiency. They are a local family started company who has been active for over 30 years. I am happy that I received this company as a referral and would recommend them to anyone in the South Florida area.

I've used Miami Shores Plumbing for the past 20 years. They have handled everything from a total renovation of 2 of my bathrooms, installing a new water heater, and minor plumbing needs. More recently they handled the replacement of all of my sanitary pipes under my home, with new PVC leading all the way to the City hook-up. It was a complicated job and very time consuming. They had to dig under my home to gain access to each bathroom and kitchen, cut out the old cast iron pipes, and replace with new PVC piping. The price was fair and the crew who handled the job were excellent. I strongly recommend Miami Shores Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs (small & large). Michael Goldberg

I recently hired them for a shower pressure repair. One day a guy came and spent about 3 hours fiddling with it and talking to the supervisor to figure out the issue. Then he tells me there's a part that needs to be replaced. He said He'd go buy it...mind you, he's still billing the time he took to figure this out
He then tells me that the next day, he's going to come with his supervisor to fix it. They billed me for 3 hours and included the part cost
That was a total of 920$. Total rip off. I would not recommend them since they are not worth the value -
Great Customer Service!!! Any issues that you have you can contact the owner Kenny he is very kind and understanding. He helped me and adjusted my bill. Plumbers are great too and clean up after work is done! Definitely recommend this company . I have been using them for over 10 years now.

I used Miami Shores for the first time. The services I needed were simple - disconnect and reconnect washer/dryer and dual sink vanity. It was disastrous. The dispatcher was unable to confirm an arrival window. Both times I waited hours. No one seemed to know fees - one charged flat fee, the other by the hour. The technicians were polite but were compromised by the absolute lack of efficiency and professionalism by the company. I was also left with additional problems. Dryer could not be opened due to improper replacement of folding door enclosing it. Now folding door won't close. Leaking under sink after after disconnection causing damage to interior of wood vanity.

Had them work on shower fixtures in my downtown Miami condo.
Good quality work, scheduler Bradi is pleasure to deal with but three stars due to their push for hourly billing.
I was able to convince the owner to switch to a fixed price for my job so I encourage others using this company to do the same. -
They came to see what was happening with a shower thermostat, the plumber who came appeared not to know a lot of this devices, anyway he reported that the handle of the valve has wear and needs to be replace.
They charged $ 150.00 for the visit. After 2 days they called me that the cost of the handle was $ 150.00 (I purchased online for $ 48.00) and the new visit will cost (as a reduced price) $ 100.00. Total they wanted to charge to replace a handle $ 400.00; this is outrageous as the only work is unscrew the handle and put the new one. I don't recommend this Company. I did the job by myself and cost was $ 0, except the cost of the part $ 48.00. -
Extremely expensive, $250.00 per hour. Attempted to charge $2100 for a toilet install. Damaged shower trimmings. After waiting several month for the trim to be replaced the company refused to complete the job. Unethical practices and the technicians are not skilled in higher end installations. Find another company.
