Be careful with this company; when you return the product you have purchased, they will discount 25% of your entire purchase . At the time of purchase there's not warning about it. Never again

I place an order, they told me five weeks is been three months and the manager promised that I will have them in a week, this was four weeks ago. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT, not sure how can you run a business like this.

I PLACED AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ON 8/28/2020 WITH FRANK. TO MY UNDERSTANDING I PURCHASED FROM CENTURY PLUMBING NOT FRANK, I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL TO LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING WAS ON BACK ORDER BUT NEVER DID. I CALLED YESTERDAY AND FRANK SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT NOTHING, I HAVE MY KITCHEN BEING INSTALLED TOMORROW AND NOW I HAVE NO FAUCETS FOR IT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T THINK I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK.
