The worst customer service you will ever find. Didn’t even greet or acknowledge us when we came in. We spent 30-45 mins looking at fixtures, no one said “can I help you something” or “how can I help you”. Avoid at all cost!!

Terrible experience - Ordered $7,000.00 in custom made doors and received nothing - Paid a deposit of $3,500 in July. In Oct. for two weeks kept getting "doors arrived in port- doors at the warehouse- " Finally during the 2nd week on Nov. after several calls with rep who had problems in returning our calls and our contractor' s calls we were told that doors were ready to be delivered. On 11-21-17 based on the words of Luis Mandoza Jr. We coordinated the elevator with the building and had the contractors (2 people) waiting for over 3 and 1/2 hour for the delivery/installation - Note Luis collected the remaining balance saying that the doors were leaving the warehouse at 11:00 am. After waiting and waiting text messages and calls, Luis contacted our contractor (not us the customers directly, only the contractor ) to say that the doors in the warehouse were the wrong size. So actually nothing never left the warehouse - Of course noone was bothering to contact us... My husband had to go back for the second time on the same day to the store to get the refund - Luis mad a big mess: he charged - refunded - then charged again so the following morning we were still out of $3,500.00 . meanwhile we had to pay 4 hours of man power for people waiting for nothing. Wasted time/money with this company - What bunch of clowns !!

Placed an order over the phone and received email order confirmation immediately after the call and order was delivered the next morning! WOW! Great service from Gume Victor and the delivery driver!

This is my new "Goto" place for plumbing fittings and hard to find connectors for our home projects. I found Century after having visited 4 other local plumbing supply shops - none of whom had what I needed.
Justin was helpful and very quickly said "we got this" and went back into the back and came out with all of the fittings needed to connect the pipes we were working on. I was there 10 minutes tops, and everything worked as it was supposed to.

Century Plumbing was a lifesaver when I bought my home. They helped me in selecting the bathroom fixtures for 3 bathrooms and stay in my budget! 😃

My husband and I were there for 1 hour and no one bothered to help us. On of the employees even ate next to me and didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. I will never go there again. There are many other places to go.

We ordered door knobs over a month ago and we still cannot get a part to install the “dummy”. I’m wondering who’s the dummy, could be me for trusting quality and service. Emtek leaves a lot to be desired.

Being a business owner myself, I know every business can drop the ball from time to time. However, it's how you resolve the issues that comes with working with the public that really matters. I must say that I am very impressed on how this company resolved the challenge they had with my order. I ordered a part that happened to get discontinued, and Bryan D. was a true leader. He took charge and immediately contacted me to fix the problem. He was extremely professional and I am very happy with the outcome. What this tells me is that this company cares for their customers small or big and that goes a long way. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. They’ve sold me 2 faulty (out of the box) iHeat tankless water heaters in 8 months and refuse to allow a return or exchange like Home Depot or any other hardware store would in a similar situation. They just tell me to take it up with the manufacturer for repair. Imagine purchasing something brand new at full price expecting for it to work but then realizing it’s faulty upon installation and being told by the company that just sold it to that you can’t return and get your money back for a faulty product they just sold you. And, that your only option is to have your brand new product refurbished. On top of that, the salesman who sold me the unit refused to transfer me to his manager since he could not authorize a return that went against their water heater return policy. I understand their position if I had it installed and working properly for a few weeks/months, but this is unacceptable when it was faulty out of the box. Extremely shady business practices. I’ll take my business elsewhere and would advise anyone against shopping here unless you enjoy the feeling of getting screwed and having to eat it.

I went today to Century Wholesale Plumbing and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. They explained to me in detail everything I needed to fix my water heater without having to replace it. The man in the front was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely go back. Thank you!

I had a leak in my water heater and was eager to get it inspected. Since it was a decade old, I was prepared for it to be replaced. The office was quick to schedule an appointment for me and were even understanding when I needed to reschedule within the same week. Troy came over and confirmed that a replacement was indeed necessary, which he conveniently had in his truck and managed to install on the same day. Troy is admittedly meticulous, a trait that greatly benefits his customers! He's very knowledgeable and is always ready to explain the process. I'll definitely be calling him back to replace my kitchen faucet and I'll be recommending him to all my friends!

Troy was very thorough, open, and honest about the plumbing work he did. As the listing agent for the property, I appreciated how Troy explained everything clearly while testing the system. A recent test showed a possible leak, but Troy took the time to carefully inspect everything and found there was no leak, saving my clients from an unnecessary plumbing bill. I will definitely keep this plumber on my list to recommend to anyone who needs plumbing help.

She arranged for Troy to come to the property that very day! When Troy arrived, I was able to video call him and I could tell right away that he was a trustworthy professional. He was very knowledgeable and instilled confidence in me. My elderly mother lives alone and Troy was excellent, clearly explaining all the tasks he planned to carry out. It turned out we needed more than just a water heater repair. Troy informed me of a minor additional charge and went on to fix several leaks that I hadn't noticed. Upon receiving photos of the completed work, I was absolutely impressed! The work was extensive and meticulously clean. Troy truly went above and beyond, even cleaning up the area after finishing the job! He's clearly a seasoned professional who takes great pride in his work. Had a water pipe burst early in the morning in Miami and couldn't find anyone available to help. Troy from Fast Neighborhood Plumbing arrived within an hour, fixed the pipe quickly, and made sure everything was working well. He also explained what to watch for in case any other plumbing issues came up once the water was back on. We've used this company before, and they are always honest about what really needs to be fixed. They never try to upsell, but will let you know if anything should be updated, like bringing things up to code. Highly recommend if you need a trustworthy plumber.

We recently had a problem at our house in Miami where the downstairs toilet was badly clogged and a regular plunger just wouldn’t work. Since we live hours away and were expecting guests, we were pretty worried. Fast Neighborhood Plumbing was recommended to us, and Troy was able to come out the same day to fix the issue. It was a big relief to have it taken care of so quickly. Now, I feel confident that if we ever have plumbing troubles again, I know exactly who to call.

Troy from Fast Neighborhood Plumbing and his team were really good. Our apartment buildings, constructed in the late 70s, had a lot of faulty plumbing. They were able to come in, identify that we had a slab leak, and presented us with solutions to fix the problem. With our go-ahead, Troy and his crew sorted out our plumbing problems without needing to dig into our hardwood and tile floors. They put in new pipes made from modern, flexible materials. They mentioned that the new material is more durable and has fewer leak problems than our old copper pipes. Troy was exceptional and clarified everything that was going on and what he was doing. Despite being a plumber, he had to redo some concrete in the garage where they installed a cut-off switch to separate my unit in the event of any future problems, instead of shutting down the whole apartment building. His concrete work turned out to be excellent! They also repaired the drywall areas with tape and sturdy garbage bags and did a great job tidying up any debris to keep the dust they created and from inside the walls away from my children and my pet! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, Troy was truly a pleasure to work with. Did i mention they arrived early and were patient enough to wait for my wife and i to finish up some of our home duties? I'll definitely be reaching out for any future plumbing needs, and will specifically ask for Troy.

troy from fast neighborhood plumbing really takes care of customers. we’ve called them three times and every time we were happy with the work. the first job was fixing our main water shut off valve in front of the house in miami. it was leaking and we didn’t want to waste water, so troy came out within a day and upgraded it for us. instead of the old knob, he put in a nice easy lever. later, we needed both bathroom toilets upgraded and both sinks replaced. troy also found a small leak in our hallway bathroom from a previous plumber, and he fixed that quickly. he upgraded the pipes and water valves under both sinks too. the best part was that troy went above and beyond. he installed both of our new sink countertops, so we didn’t have to call anyone else or wait for another appointment. it saved us time and money since he did everything at once. i could text him after hours which was super helpful because of my busy schedule. we definitely recommend using them for any plumbing work!
