Two months TWO MONTHS for an order to arrive!!! It was incorrect also. Called and there was a screaming baby in background. Horrible customer service all around. Do not patronize.

I ORDERED WHAT THEY CALLED THE CONTROL BOARD W / 3 CONTROL KNOBS FOR MY JACUUZI.SHE TOLD ME DIRECTLY I WOULD RECEIVE JUST THAT FOR $190.00, VERY HIGH BUT,WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A BAG WITH ABOUT 50 SMALL ITEMS TO PUT TOGETHER THE BOARD,NO MENTION OF THAT IN ORDERING,NO DIRECTIONS EITHER, I CALLED THEM AND THEY ACTED LIKE NOTHING WAS THIER FAULT, IT WAS ALL THIER FAULT, ROTTEN CO. My technicians did warn me about guillens and without any regard I decided to stop in myself for a difficult to find toilet canister seal. By the time I entered and greeted the elderly lady at the counter she was already advising me that they did not carry those parts and continued working on the computer. Not one second did she look up to see what I was holding in my hand. This will be the final time me or any of my men head to guillens for anything. I will also let all of my associated companies and fellow south Florida plumbers to not even bother with this company. Cheers guillens

Excellent customer service. The young guy there gave me a tip on how to remove rust from the threads of the bathtub's drain. They have a beautiful showroom with really nice plumbing fixtures, sinks, toilets, bidets, etc. This place really stand out in an otherwise dull shopping plaza.
