Just had an experience with guillens plumbing that really needs mentioning. Had purchased a shower hand held unit that turned out had a defect in the hose and was leaking alot. Went to guillens with the product expecting the outcome of possibly a phone number who to contact about warranty. Yolanda stepped up and arranged not only to contact the supplier , but arrange the the hand set to be delivered to my home. Thats the difference between home depot and a company that appreiciates your buisness.

Be aware that if you buy two of more items and one of them is not in stock, Guillen will not ship you the item in stock promptly. They will wait till the item not in stock will be available prior to shipping the whole merchandise by you purchased....unless you are willing to pay double price for shipping. They should post such awful policy on their website instead of you having to figure that out……after purchase is made !!! Nice work of ethics !!!! What can I say …..There are no more words to describe such awfulness.

This store is great - it's exactly what they promote. They have in stock all sort of obscure parts. When Amazon overnight still isn't enough, I recommend trying Guillens for same day solutions. I did a web order with the customer care team from online and my order was ready for pickup a few hours later. Much appreciated.

I recommend reading all the reviews before ordering. The parts I received were all correct and came in a timely manner. My only disappointment was some of the parts were used and I did not see this until I received the items. They were in fairly good condition but not clean.

I recently visited Guillen Plumbing Supply, and I had an excellent experience. The lady at the desk was incredibly nice and lovely. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know and was extremely patient and professional. The store also offers quality materials, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Has hard to find parts. European and American plumbing styles. Can pick up in store or online. Great customer service. Had hard to locate discontinued parts.

My toilet was not working because a piece was rotting. I took it in to this location and the service surpassed my expectations. My toilet works perfectly. Yolanda, the lady who took care of me, was amazing. I could tell she knows the industry and the products well. They just won themselves a loyal customer.

Ordered online a discontinued TOTO part for a shower control. Item prices were fair. Shipping was expensive at $49 but was quickly posted and arrived 2 days early via FedEx. Thanks for following through on my needed part!
