Excellent & Honest! Had a special product that was discontinued and instead of trying to sell me on trying to service this product, they gave some valuable options. And it was not for them to do the change of product or installation. They are far from my location and shared it would also be best to find someone in my town. Every town needs a great plumbing co like Kabi.

Consumer beware: Don't be fooled by their good reviews. Truly unprofessional! My thermostat broke. They told me they would come within the hour and they would charge a $120 service fee. Waited all day as they kept changing the time. When three guys finally arrived blowing their nose and spitting all over my yard, they said they would charge me $525 to change my thermostat! More than the entire system costs. I lost $120. Be smart. Call someone else.
