Purchased the wrong unit for my application. Their website states 60 day returns. Have not been able to get any satisfaction in attempting to return the unit and purchase what I need. Do NOT use this outfit. Buyer beware.

I have lived in South,Florida for the majority of my life, with that said I have had my fair share of A/C issues. HeatandCool has been the only company who has promptly and expeditiously resolved my A/C necessities. They are the example of World Class Customer Service, Great Prices and attentive to my wants and needs when it comes to staying cool in South , Florida !!!!

I recently turned to HeatandCool for an HVAC needs and was really happy with the experience. As a DIYer I found their team to be really helpful. Will purchase from them again.

They were very nice to work. The whole experience was great from shipping to customer support. I highly recommend their units!

They accidently sent me the wrong AC unit but was very willing and respnsive to the replacement. I was told the unit that I ordered would talke up to 6 weeks to receive but somehow they not only found one quickly but sent it to me in record time. I truly appreciate their service.

Acquired a new DIY unit, and the sales representative was attentive, addressing all questions I had before making the purchase to secure any doubts needed. Great service !

I ordered 3 units, I ask for 2 upgrades to one of them. I was billed for the upgrades, but did not receive them. My invoice shows that I paid for the upgrades, but the packing lists show they were not put in the box. They pretty much called me a liar on the phone and said that I had to provide pictures of the products that arrived. I did that and now I have not heard from them. I do not think I ever will. I needed a 4th unit which I bought a Senville instead of a Klimaire. I wish they would have all been Senville units. I think it is sad that people and companies have to make a killing instead of a sale. They can keep the $80 or so, I will not be buying from them again. I am a contractor and will be installing many more mini splits over the next few years.
And besides Senville was rated higher in the reviews than Klimair.

I purchased a heat pump system from HeatAndCool, and dealt with an excellent sales rep, Yosbany. He researched several items for me that required him to make several special efforts and each time got back to me with the correct answers. This was GREAT service and I appreciate the work involved. And I got a great deal, too... how can you beat that?!!

Wow, these guys take unprofessional to a new level. Put an order in on the 6th, a week later I hadn’t heard anything about ETA so I started emailing and calling them. I sent them at least 5 emails, and called them as many times. Never got a single response, and never got thru to a human being in customer service. I finally had to cancel the order two weeks later as I had no idea what was going on with their end of things. I couldn’t even get them to acknowledge my cancelation and had to open a complaint with PayPal.What a waste of time!

Ordered on June 13 and no response after multiple phone calls/voicemails/emails. I also happened to have a large fraud charge on the same credit card the day after I disputed my charge with these clowns. Don’t make the same mistake, go somewhere else and avoid these people.

Cheaper than many other companies, and good quality material . Will continue using them.

If you want your unit in a timely fashion, use someone else. If you want any customer service, then use someone else. Unit shipped well outside their expected 7 day maximum. No response to calls or emails. I'm a contractor and certainly won't be using these useless lot again!

I needed a water heater faster than normal. Saida was up to the task and I was able to pick it up at the mfg point of origin.
5 stars for service. They really treat their customers right.

I was honestly clueless about which unit to purchase so I called for assistance. Great customer service. Got the help I needed to purchase the correct unit for my garage. Thank you Rodolfo for your time and patience.

I purchased a tankless water heater and it was the best decision, now I have more space in my laundry. The customer service team was very helpful with all my questions im order to purchase the correct and best tankless heater.

DO NOT Purchase here from this site!! Putting my order #6049 on here so they can't try to say i didn't purchase in their reply. Also will post emails confirming i bought from the if needed! The Product looked fine when it came in, had an HVAC Certified Tech install the unit, then it did not work with only the "operation light" coming on and blinking twice. They referred me to Tech Support and tried calling at least 35 times with my technician present and also emailed them with NO repsonse! After calling many times as mentioned, finally got Tech support and they were not helpful at all, and actually had NO idea why it was doing that and could not help at all! Went back to the company and they tried to only give me a return with 30% restocking fee an of course tried to reip me a new one with $486 in shipping charges! Wow, what a sham! Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and will see how that goes even though their website says NO HASSLE returns....lol....right...you mean no hassle for them! they end up refunding couple hundred dollars for nothing. TERRIBLE product and TERRIBLE people to deal with! No customer service skills at all, not worried about anyone after the sale obviously since i'm in Virginia and they are in Florida!

Order a unit on April 14. Tried to contact many times via phone, email and even Amazon store and I couldn't get someone to call me back. There's no excuse for going silent. We can all answer emails and phones from home. I will have to contact my bank to dispute the charge on my card which was charged right away but unit was never shipped and it's May 30 today.

My experience was horrible. Do not order from Heat And Cool. I ordered on July 13th and its July 25th and no one can tell me why my order still hasn't shipped! Unacceptable! I have had time to order from another company, install my new AC system and still haven't heard from Heat And Cool. BEWARE.

I finally got in contact with them via the chat feature on their website and they were very helpful.

I purchased a mini split but got the wrong length of install kit tubing. I sent my first email to try and get a replacement over a month and a half ago and have still not been able to get a response from these people. It seems they have abandoned their business.

Would recommend highly. Ordered new furnace and central air unit. The company kept me updated on shipping. Units came on time one small problem with conversion kit. QUICKLY addressed and settled. Again if you’re looking for a new system you won’t be disappointed.

This is my third time purchasing from Heat and Cool over the last four years. The product is performing flawlessly, the customer service is excellent too, technical support is always available and willing to help with any concerns. I will be purchasing a mini split unit next year for my garage. A++
