This is company is a life saver. I was in search if an AC company to resolve some issues in my home and I'm so glad I found them. Working with Ana in the office has made the process so smooth each time I call. I've only used their services a few times but they get it right everytime they come to work on my AC unit. This last visit I had with them a few weeks ago, the owner Orelvis Gonzalez, came to patch a huge hole I had next to the AC that was causing so much dust to enter into the pipes and the AC (a job that should've been done with the initial installer but I had no idea about). He and another repairman did the job effortlessly and I have then experienced such a difference with our AC and in our home. Some of the surrounding areas where the AC runs is much cooler because of it.

When I call, Ana and the team works on finding a date that works and they are there on time. They very professional and so nice.

I have no regrets. Excellent work.

Horrible Customer service, invoice is a joke (name & address completely wrong) AC not working but everything was paid.

I really hate leaving poor reviews on small businesses but I had such a lousy experience.

Brandon seemed friendly and attentive enough at first. I called because my AC was leaking and the tech he sent out said the condensate pump needed to be replaced which he did.

I called Brandon back because I later realized the AC was still leaking and getting worse (same week as repair). He convinced me he'd be there first thing in the morning but didn't show up and didn't answer my calls or texts though my phone says they were read.

Yesterday I called someone else when I realized I would not hear back and they were able to get my AC back in working order this morning.

Brandon was fantastic. Super responsive and quick to come help in a very friendly way! He was thoughtful about making sure all parts were evaluated and repaired, and had our AC back up and running same day with no hidden fees very clear with every question we had.

Some rooms were warmer than others, making the house uncomfortable. The technician adjusted the ductwork and fan speed. After testing, the cooling became consistent. Comfort improved significantly.

What I appreciated most was how efficiently the issue was handled. No unnecessary delays or confusion. Just a clean and proper fix.
