Hurricane Ian roof damage. Paid up front. Started work & never returned. They have not responded to our requests for refund. Contacted BBB. Now hiring attorney. Unreliable. Unprofessional.

Sales technician were very professional and on point on time frame of my roof replacement. Very clean cut answered promptly any and all inquiries I had which was absolutely great. will definitely recommend to my neighbors and family members

Jimmy from JBN construction was recently referred to me from a close friend after I had extensive water damage from broken pipe in attic.jimmy has been terrific handling all the different aspects of the job.I would highly recommend his services.Jimmys wife Kim has been terrific with updating 2 bathrooms and much more.

This company is fraud be careful they never pulled permits and now it's on me, when I spoke to owner he did nothing to fix. They over charged me just to tell me it has to be more money since the drone they used to measure was off 4 feet. Do not use this company. I'm being citated for the roof they replaced

Terrific quality of work tiles are really nice, was truly surprised at how quickly they finished my roof. It came out beautiful and have had no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend Jbn for roof jobs. 5 stars for me.

Like everyone in Port Charlotte, I was waiting months to have my roof replaced after hurricane Ian. 10 days before Christmas, Nelson knocked on my door and gave me a quote. Not only was their price reasonable, but he assured me they would have a new roof on my house before Christmas. Imagine my surprise when I see these guys out here finishing my roof on literal Christmas Eve. If that’s not above and beyond, I dont know what is. They repaired/replaced all of the soffit. They showed up early, left late, cleaned up the job site, I never had an issue getting an answer about anything. If Nelson didn’t know something, Patrick did.

I’ve already had a private home inspector inspect their work and found zero issues.

I needed to get my front windows done at my home. I researched a few companies. I liked JBN at the time because of the customer service, they also seemed very honest and sincere. BIG MISTAKE After just 3 months of installing the windows one of the windows started to leak as shown in the picture. I reached out to them since they are still under warranty. Mr. Wani one of the owners seemed to be nice when I spoke to him he said no problem he would get this fixed immediately. I kept waiting for a call back no one ever called. I called several times and kept on getting the run-around. I eventually went to the office, the employees weren't pleasant they told me there was nothing they could do and my that the windows were not under warranty. I asked them to call Mr. Wani they had him on speaker his reply was over the phone " WE CAN NOT FIX THEM, TELL HER TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE" I was in absolute shock. I will be contacting a lawyer I have all my paperwork thankfully. I do not recommend this place at all.

We had a great sales representative as well as project manager. Everyone was helpful and and very professional. We had a new roof and impact windows installed.They showed up on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. Definitely will be back for impact doors and a new air conditioning system. I highly recommend JBN Construction!

Our home's roof was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. After calling several roofing and construction companies JBN was the only one qualified to complete the repair, as it required engineering work. Upon calling JBN, the receptionist had me booked for a free estimate within several business days. Gregory, JBN Estimator, arrived on time and it was clear from the first greeting the company was going to be easy to work with. He provided a same day estimate and a full contract a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised that I got to talk to their owner, Patrick, several times to have questions answered. The job required the replacement of a metal roof and the one installed is equally aesthitcally appealing as is an architectural fortress. The process from beginning to end took several months due to insurance and mortgage company benefits, and JBN helped steer us in the right direction and remained patient through it all.

We decided to try this company after Hurricane Ian went through our neighborhood and destroyed many home roofs. A short time after we got the bid we hired JBN Construction and they were prompt, reliable and did a great job. I would recommend to anyone to this company. Fair priced, honest and hard working team to completion.

As a client that paid for a full roof install on my property in Miami Lakes, my hope was that they would, at the least call me back when experiencing a leak. They claim to warranty their work but it seems that’s only if you can reach them. I’ve spoken to 2 different girls that said they would call me back or have a service rep go out and see what’s going on. I even called the owner Jim and left a message requesting a call back. Never received one. Since then, I’ve tried to call their main line and it goes to an automated voice note that says to text the number. Such a shame but it seems that’s what you get in Miami. I was just looking for help with work they completed. I’d look elsewhere if you are trying to get quality work done with people that will actually call you back in the event you experience issues in the future. Included a screen shot so they cannot say I’m not a customer. I’ve called nobody has given me the time of day to help. Was supposed to be a 10 year workmanship and material guarantee. Such a shame.

We have completed a project for this company. 2 weeks to today! Customer signed off, change orders were paid. Now that they owe us a balance of $1850.00 they are refusing to pay stating the customer has not paid. The customer has paid and per the owner Kim directly to me verbally the customer wrote the final payment and wrote on the check paid in full. I have been in communication with the home owner to verify they have paid. They are a honest family and was very good to us and our team during their bathroom remodel. Yes Jbn construction will respond that there water coming from the sliding glass doors installed. They sent their project manager out and he brought someone that touched our work and tried to fix the issue with the doors. I have offered to go out but need our payment first but with that being said, they took responsibility when they allowed their project manager who don’t have the experience to find the problem and fix it to touch our work they took the responsibility and voided any warranty from us. Jbn do the right thing and pay your debt owed. A repair 10 days after completion is not a reason to withhold payment

Please call me a liar like the rest of the bad reviews from customers! Stop being crooks all I hear is this person stole money this person did this and did that. Take accountability

JBN Contruction installed out roof. He made large errors during the process such as not calculating the roof size, not reconnecting the bathroom vents, not not adequately planning for the expected.

When making a warranty claim for the roof he told me to call the city and make a complaint

After Hurricane Ian, I made the mistake of ordering impact windows from a big box store. The windows came to the store, but sat there for a couple months waiting for installation and the store couldn't even give me an installation date. I went on line and found JBN Construction and Roofing. Kim, in the office, was very sympathetic and had the owner,Patrick, give me a call the next day. Greg came over and measured my windows and said they could do it the next day. Moses and Sebastian showed up as promised, and did a wonderful, professional job of installing my windows. Everyone I spoke to from JBN was friendly, courteous and followed through on everything they said and I love my new windows. Great job JBN! You all deserve higher than a five!
