NELSON AND HIS STAFF REMOLDED MY KITCHEN. WE PAID FOR PERMIT ALSO WAITED A YEAR AND HE NEVER PULLED THE PERMITS TO START THE JOB WE WAITED SO LONG TO HAVE IT DONE . WE HAD NO KITCHEN FOR MANY MONTHS. NELSON TEAM AND HIM SELF ALL SPOKE SPANISH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT I COULD NOT COM UNTIL THE PERMITS WE'RE READY REMEMBER HE NEVER PULLED FOR THE .MUNICATE SO WE HAD AN NEW AC UNIT PUT IN . THE INSPECTOR SAID THERE IS NO PERMITS PULLED FOR THIS JOB WE WE'RE FLAGGED HAD TO STOP THE JOB . UNTIL THE PERMITS WE'RE PULLED. THE WLECTRICAL WAS NOT TO CODE THE INSPECTOR CAME FOUR TIMES TO WITH THE INSTALLERS. THEN WE WE'RE TOLD HE CAN STATR SOME OF THE WORK

She went above and beyond to make sure all my house work was done and fit my schedule she even stayed at work late to make sure everything was taken care of for me. We hired Rausa Builders, Corp to build our backyard terrace. The project from beginning to end took a year (materials at some points during the construction were on backorder due to the pandemic and so all we could do was wait as there is nothing that the builders could do to speed things up). Gabriel and Dio were so easy to work with when it came to designing the terrace and making sure that all our specifications were met. Nelson is easy to reach and talk to. Any questions I had for him he answered them quickly and in detail and works with you to get the job done right. The terrace came out spectacular and was definitely a great addition to our home. Reliable, trustworthy contractors are hard to find here in Florida. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a project in their home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Rausa Builders!

We needed a new roof, but also needed our carport rebuilt, which most roofers would not tackle. But Rausa came through; they rebuilt the carport, replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and repainted our home, for a complete transformation, all done very quickly and efficiently. Nelson was friendly, helpful with advice, and always available to answer questions along the way. I highly recommend Rausa for any of your building or renovation needs!

We recently hired Rausa Builders, Corp to build a covered patio onto the back of our house and replace our roof at the same time. Their work was impeccable! Nelson and his team were incredibly professional and completed the job in the time frame promised...even during the pandemic! We are so happy with the quality of work and will definitely hire them for our next project. My property had a complete roof replacement done by Rausa Builders back in 2016. They are the best, whenever I have needed to respond to my homeowner's insurance any questions, they have been there for me. They are honest and very professional. Their office personnel are very courteous, especially Barbie and Marta!!!

Thank you for working on this long journey on these violations with the city. Rausa closed all 6 violations, they explained and went beyond anything I could imagine! STAY AWAY from Rausa Builders, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I am a business owner myself. It took 3 times and 4 weeks to contact them to have someone come out to give a quote on a very small project. Took another 2 weeks to receive the estimate, then more delays in starting the project. The project was consistently understaffed providing one person to do the demo and framing which in my experience is usually at least a 2 person job. Another occasion required me to help resulting in an injury. The materials were not correctly estimated on several occasions causing over billing, they even delayed materials ordering so severely that I could have gotten the materials myself and on time but the delay forced me to purchase the materials if I had any hope to complete the project in time for an event at me home. The project did not fully complete in the time we needed it to and went well past the 2 week estimated timeline of something that should have taken 1 week max as I made my home available from 8 am until even late at night. Myself and my wife were constantly stressed out and she is pregnant and I also had to have her communicate with subcontractors due to non english speaking which she shouldn't have had to do. The subcontractor was even trying to bill us directly for their service, that's not professional at all. Before the project was fully completed and signed off on I was receviing invoice with additional mystery charges including charged for work that was never done, when I ask for corrections to it I just receive a notice they are filing a lien on my property when the project just finished on Friday and their invoice is incorrect! Please be aware! The supposed owner also showed no compassion at all towards any of the trouble and frustration we encountered the entire time of the project.
