I was referred to Affordable Contractors by a friend who had used them on a couple of occasions and was very pleased with them, so I felt good trying them out for myself. I actually got much more than bargained for. Koby is fantastic! From our initial conversation through our final inspection, he was accessible, communicative, professional and always fair in his dealings with me. Their pricing is also very fair. Our project was sizable, as we had to replace an entire roof on an older home. I have since used Affordable on other projects and have made them our "go to" roofing vendor. I highly recommend them!

We recently had our roof replaced. I was given the name and number of Affordable Contractors by a neighbor who had their roof done by them a few months back. These guys move quick. I called them up and their rep, Koby was at my home the following day providing me with a quote. I had absolutely no issues with these guys. The entire process ran smoothly! I highly recommend them!

Affordable Roofing was extremely responsive and timely from the initial point of contact to the completion of the work. They were honest in their dealings with me, offered options for the repairs I needed, did not try to sell me more than I needed and took time to explain everything needed to be done. The owner, Kobi, returned every call and text message, his workers did as well and sent me photos as the work progressed. The pricing was reasonable and the work was more than satisfactory. They left the grounds clean and followed up with me after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

These people are not honest. ! Don’t let them near your roof. After finishing my roof in 2019, I now have a leak, which they said after 5 calls that I did not pay my invoice in full. I have a copy of my last check to them paying my work in full. They are after money only. They will not give me the warranty because they wanted more money from citizens insurance. They lost with their bid to get more money from citizens ins. So now they will not uphold my warranty. Terrible horrible company Stay Away!

Tremendously talented, and experienced roofers, they took care of what I needed and kept me well updated throughout the process, highly recommended!

I’ve used this team twice now, and I won’t ever go anywhere else. After shopping around, their quote was significantly cheaper than everyone else, but the quality of work was actually much higher. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you want the best value and expert service, look no further!

Pros:
- Paperwork is pretty organized (though scheduling and communication are not).
- Roofers seemed competent.
- Good price.

Cons:
- Poor communication: They showed up on property unannounced. We were waiting on them to tell us a start date, per our email exchange.

One morning a roofer just showed up. We didn't get a chance to move vehicles or protect the items in the room underneath the repair area.

When I contacted the owner, Joe, about this on the way to work--what a hectic morning this caused--he didn't apologize. He took absolutely zero accountability.

- The owner, Joe, is very arrogant and dismissive. He will talk down to you if you are a woman, as if you can't possibly understand the technical basics, and try to shut down your questions.

- You have to go to their office to sign paperwork in an age where digital signatures are recognized by law.

I want to give a big shoutout to Kobe for taking the time to look over my roof and walk me through potential problem areas. He was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly thorough, especially when it came to identifying possible openings where animals could get in. Even though he wasn’t doing the roof work itself, he treated the consultation seriously and gave clear, practical advice. Really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help — highly recommend reaching out to him if you want someone you can trust.

I had an excellent experience with affordable roofing company. start to finish, they were honest, professional, and incredibly reliable. They came out quickly to assess the roof, gave me a fair and transparent quote (no hidden fees or upselling), and completed the job on schedule.

The crew was respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I appreciated how clearly they explained everything, so I always knew what was going on.

Jireh roofing company is one of the MOST professional companies I have come into contact with. I called about 8 different companies, and this is the one that truly seemed like they truly cared about our needs. They did a WONDERFUL job on our roof. We received multiple compliments thus far. They were able to complete our roof(including all city inspections(passed) within 1 week. They took their time, diligently ensuring that our needs were met. Awesome Company! Alvaro and his Crew really went above and beyond for me on my roof which I attached the final product of it. Almost fell for another company Named “Jireh roofing services inc” and their sales person Alberto, but something didn’t sit right with me. I looked them up and This awesome company popped up and Alvaro explained to me that he has no relations with them or doesn’t know them. So I stuck with Alvaro his professionalism and kindness stood out to me and I made the right choice. Please be careful with the other unknown company using the same name as the REAL one. Make sure you speak with Alvaro! Thanks once again.

The BEST people hands down, felt like I had my own family on the roof fixing things. Everybody’s friendly, the boss Alvaro is comprehensive, friendly, and dedicated. A small business, but it’s reaching for the stars!
My roof feels invincible, and I feel safe.

This company does not deliver on their work as promised. The company took deposit payments of up to 70% upfront and have not finished the job claiming that they don’t have sufficient materials etc. Although 70% of the deposits were paid upfront. Buyer beware!!! They will collect your deposit monies and then they will not finish the job as promised.
