Affordable Roofing replaced my tired, leaky roof with a 5 Star roof. It's the showcase of the neighborhood. I'm finally comfortable in my home during a storm. On another occasion they rebuilt one of my interior rooms with a cathedral ceiling. It too is a showpiece when family and friends come to my home and see it for the first time. I had two separate roof leaks that mystified contractors and cost me lots of money, but the leaks remained.
Koby (Affordable Contractors) was recommended to me by a neighbor that spoke highly about Koby(owner).
Koby quoted me a price and said it would take 1 hour to complete the job. After 4 hours Koby told me he was done, I expected to see additional charges for the 3 extra hours for a 3 man crew, and was ready to pay. Koby handed me the invoice with the original quote.
I questioned Koby and he responded a quote is a quote and I will never take short-cuts.

Unforgettable experience with Koby you're a true humanitarian. Koby gave great advice concerning our roof that was damage during Hurricane Irma. The professional attitude while educating use on the option regarding our roof replacement. They did a detail video of our damaged roof by the way it's only seven years old looks are deceiving, Koby again reviewed in detail his finding. We're very disappointed after reviewing the video seeing the devastation barrel tiles missing thrown over the roof a homeowner's worst nightmare. However, Koby informed us on the best course of action.

I worked with the company on two occasions by now and I am always very satisfied with the service and quality of work (very hard to come by among Miami contractors!).

They've repaired all broken tiles and resealed section of the roof close to a chimney for me the first time. Second they've recommended and laid down an IB Roof System on two of my flat roofs, with which I am very happy with.

The prices are fair, their turnarounds very quick and estimates on time frames pretty accurate. The supervisor can explain what needs to be done and why in a very easy to understand way (even for completely non-techy people) and makes you comfortable and secure in the repairs/improvements you are making to your property. They also take care of all the permitting and make sure all is done up to code and beyond.

What I especially appreciate in addition to the above, is that they always pick up their phone or respond to voice mails/ texts/ emails in a timely fashion. I have them on speed dial for all my roofing needs! Real rare pleasure to work with.

Affordable replaced my flat roof and sloped roof . They are, in my opinion, the most knowledgeable roofers around who don’t try and sell you but help you make informed decisions about how to solve your problem or best complete your project. I called affordable to check a leak and get a estimate for a new roof. The owner koby came out and surprisingly told me I wasn't ready for a new roof. Koby said he would fix the roof for a couple hundred dollars or he would show me how to fix it being I am a handy guy. Koby actually spent quite a bit of time instructing me how to fix the leak. I fixed my roof and all is well up on the roof. I think it's rare today to encounter a honest and helpful business, so I would definitely recommend affordable roofing.

We had our entire flat roof re-roofed in December 2016 by Affordable Contractors. We chose a flat roofing system from IB Roof systems - a company that offers a lifetime warranty, and they were the ones to recommend Affordable to me. Koby was my direct contact, and I have to say, I am yet to meet a more professional contractor in my life. Koby's communication and attention to quality was amazing both before and after the "sale". I didn't think a hassle free, high quality roofing job was possible, but that's what Koby delivered! He made permitting and inspection happen so smoothly, and even shared videos of the roof getting done, explaining how he was taking care of quality control during the process. I hired Affordable Contractors to reroof my house in Miami, which was old and had many leaks. They were 5 stars all the way! The entire old roof was removed and all the bad wood was replaced. They put down new lifetime dimensional shingles and an all white thermoplastic flat roof. The labor and material warranties provided are great. With the added ventilation and energy star flat roof, my home should be cooler in the brutal Florida heat. My new roof looks great and I have no more leaks. They were also very professional and thorough leaving everything clean and neat. I would recommend Affordable Contractors to anyone needing a quality roofing company.

I had started my roof with another roofer and it was a disaster. Koby and his crew came in saved the whole experience. Without him I probably still wouldn't have a roof. He came in and wasn't pushy, he was very professional and very informative. His prices were very reasonable and he did exactly what he said and when he said he would do it. There was no bad surprises, only pleasant ones. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs a roof.

I just called to ask for some help. I can speak English but not 100% so ask if he speak Spanish or if someone there can help to translate. His answer was “no, no one here speak Spanish. We are in America. We are gringos.” I understand that “ We are in America” and always speak English even with my accent. I know “gringos” always try their best to understand us and so far, I never had a bad experience.
His answer was just so disrespectful and meant to me. The conversation can just ended with “sorry, I don’t speak Spanish neither anyone here” and I will totally understand but no, he won’t try to help at all. I hope not all the staff are like this guy who picks up the phone today.

I have done multiple home projects over the years. I usually don't write reviews but those that have bad experiences will appreciate to hear of a company that does it right from beginning to end. Competitive price, great costumer service, and always on time. No setbacks, no excuses.

I have used many roofers for the homes that I have owned. This was by far the best company I have used. They were responsive, friendly and did the repair with phenomenal quality. They were also patient with all the questions that I had. Thank you and keep on the great work!
