Great working with Perkins. We called 4 good companies for quotes and decided to go with Perkins. Everything went smooth and fast. They kept me informed of each step of the progress. Great communication during the project. There were a few unexpected repairs that needed to be done, and wasn't included on the contract, but the extra cost was resenable. They did an amazing job, roof looks great!

I did a lot of research before choosing Perkins Roofing and am so happy I did. Perkins Roofing is a top notch company that operates in an ethical and professional way. The level of professionalism and craftsmanship from Perkins is unparalleled for this industry. They send site and project managers to ensure everything is running smoothly, to answer questions and to make sure the work is being executed to the highest standards. The managers are available all during the roofing process by phone and personal visits to the home. Workers arrive at least 30 minutes before start time and waste no time getting to work. It took 1 day to strip roof, 1 day for inspection and 1 day to finish roof (which was large & complicated). They even went the extra mile to ensure that all transitions on my flat roof were sealed properly to avoid leakng. Perkins were able to save my gutters which saved me over $4,000, spread plastic around the house and cleaned up after work done. All Perkins employees from office staff to roofers, managers, delivery drivers, etc., were professional, courteous and overall amazing. They took time to patiently answer all my questions and educate me on different aspects of roofing. They also explained all extra wood charges and didnt overcharge. Invoices are sent and signed via email which makes paying stress free. I want to thank Josh, Marco and Aramis along with all employees of Perkins for making this a stress free, seamless, amazing experience. I am a very hard person to impress but am totally blown away by this company. I will only use Perkins from now on and will refer them to everyone I know. I am available for a personal reference if needed. Perkins won't up charge you with extra bogus costs, are up front with everything, communicative, and only want the best for their customers. For them it's about good customer service and quality work over money. That cant be said about most of the roofing companies in South Florida. I very happy knowing for the next 25 years I have a solid roof and more importantly, if I have issues, which I won't, Perkins will honor their warranty and workmanship. Great professional company, did an amazing job cleaning the roof and my patio. When I called for an estimate they provided me an exact quote. What I paid at the end did not change. They made it simple and easy. They communicated with me from start to finish. For example, they told me they would be at my house at 10am. At 9 am they called and told me they are still finishing up another job and would be over at little late. Not a big deal because I didn't even need to be home for them to complete the job. Before they left, they made everything was completed to my satisfaction. Then a follow up call later to make sure everything was completed to my liking. To find trustworthy, fair price contractors in South Florida is difficult. Not when dealing with this company. Professional, fair price, and amazing job!! Thanks for everything.
