I am a customer at a U-Haul facility in margate. Poe roofing was redoing all the roofs of the storage units. When they left all their roofing materials living around the ground unsecured and I couldn’t see while maneuvering around the mess my truck was damaged and cost $2500 in repairs. I called Poe roofing and told them of the situation and even sent them pictures of their negligence and my damaged truck I was told their not responsible. The owner like a scumbag wouldn’t even get on the phone. BEWARE!!

Poe Roofing was hired to repair the roofs of the community I own a unit in. While doing the repairs, my ceiling/roof collapsed in. A storm of hazardous debris filled my bedroom. I was in the room feet away and quite alarmed. Thankfully I was not injured.

They fixed the ceiling itself but did not take responsibility for the related plumbing damage that occurred from the collapse. Their excuse was that it was related to previous work done, which I knew nothing about. I strongly believe that if you are overhauling a roof at great expense, you must be responsible for the work done and the consequences.

They did not take responsibility so I must give them a poor review due to their absolute lack of accountability. They gave no apology for my ceiling collapsing and were very dismissive in the entire process. I do not recommend this company for anyone seeking roof repair.

This is my 2nd job with Poe Roofing. They did such a good job at my mom's house that when it came time to re-do my roof it was without hesitation, I chose Poe Roofing, and I am very happy I did. I got 3 different quotes and Poe's was substantially less than the others. It has been so easy from the very beginning of the process, in signing the contract to the all the help I received to pick the color of my metal roof. It has truly been such a pleasure. They showed up when they said they would, the crew came out and were very respectful and professional, they took the time to safeguard our driveway, plants, and pool. The Project Manager took his time to explain the process to us when they showed up at 7:00 am to start working and when I got home from work at 5:30pm they were still there working. I am so impressed with Poe Roofing; I am in the construction industry so it's not very easy to impress me and I can say without a hesitation Poe Roofing does excellent work from the salesperson to the office staff and their whole crew. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Our house's 3700 square foot shingle roof was almost 30 years old, and Poe Roofing took it apart and re-roofed the entire house (including replacing all damaged 2 by 8s and plywood) all in little more than a week. The crews worked very hard and very quickly, and they did an outstanding job. The supervisors were extremely helpful in explaining what was going on, and even showing us what was going on; and they answered all our questions very well. I would highly recommend Poe Roofing for any roofing needs you may need!

They provided my family with impeccable service. They were highly professional, yet personable, returned calls promptly, were on time the day of service, and are reasonably priced. I scheduled a date with them for service to patch the leaks on my roof, and although the date was agreed upon, the team had to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. I was notified four days prior to my scheduled service date, which of course, impressed me as some services would notify residents the day of expected service.
