I was nervous that I'd be pushed into options I didn’t need or even upsold on the essentials. But from the start, Frank was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, transparent, and focused on getting me the best result without the unnecessary extras. Based on his expertise, we actually lowered the initial quote because he pointed out specific characteristics of my roof that didn’t require some of the pricier options.

He was incredibly efficient, communicated clearly, and made sure every question I had was answered in terms I could understand. I always felt in the loop and completely comfortable.
