I hired Perkins Roofing to do my handmade barrel tile roof and all my flat roofs too. Their quote was fair and quite lower than two other companies that bid on that same job. My representative Rolando was amazing. He was determined at doing absolutely everything to assure my satisfaction. His customer service skills are some of the best I have dealt with in years. He took all my calls or returned them promptly. Explained everything clearly. Continually would come over to check on the progress. Permits were handled very smoothly with the office. Tim , one of the owners, was kind and knowledgeable. All and all I would certainly recommend them or use them again.

We had a wonderful experience getting a quote with sales manager, Josh. He met with us to speak with us in depth about the company, the roofing process, and the different aspects of a roofing contract. He was very personable and professional. When he emailed the quotes he also attached some very informative videos that were made by Perkins Roofing that answered questions we didn't even know we had. We would have no reservations at all using this company for any of our roofing needs.

Around 5 years ago I used Perkins Roofing for a tricky leak repair for my home in Pembroke Pines. Other companies I contacted couldn’t seem to find the issue, however; Perkins was able to pinpoint the leak and fix it promptly. They had flawless service and quality work.

Recently I contacted Perkins Roofing again for a new roof on one of my rental homes in Miramar. Once again I was met with extreme professionalism. I highly recommend this company! Hats off to Dean, Tim and the crew.

I had the opportunity to use Perkins Roofing for my home down in Miami and I am satisfied with their work. Without me being there Marco kept me at easy by providing me with updates and kept me informed throughout the process.

I went with them because out of all the roofing companies that sent someone out Marco was the most personable. I felt like everyone else who came out was just in it for the money and didn’t care anything about me. Marco took the time to explain all of my options and the pros and cons to each unlike all the other companies.

Despite the holidays, Perkins roofing was quick to come in and assess my roof. Rolando gave us a fair and honest estimate, explaining how we didn’t actually need a new roof (like other companies insisted) but pointed out our problem areas and got started shortly after. The boss also stopped in to assess the quality of the work, which was very reassuring. It’s hard to find a quality roofer in Miami and so far I think I’ve found one, now to see how the roof holds up over the years!

UPDATE: I wanted to give an update on my roof repairs I had done close to a year ago. We have had tons of rain the last few weeks and my roof is still doing GREAT!!! Perkins did a great job and, to tell you the truth, the part they repaired looks better than the original work. Thank you Perkins. I have learned my lesson, I will definitely be calling sometime this year just to have a little inspection done to make sure there are no new issues.

I called Perkins after getting two other quotes. I go by my instincts and I really liked Tim's professionalism and the time he spent checking my roof and discussing my options. The first two companies, including the one that installed my roof 15 yrs ago, did not even go up on the roof! Tim gave me a quote right away and they sent someone out within a week of when I was ready to go. They did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and Tim came out to make sure everything was progressing as it should. Thanks for the nice work. It has been raining a lot and no leaks!

I've hired Perkins Roofing Corp twice now to repair small leaks in my old metal roof. Marco was extremely responsive and professional. He came out within a few days to survey the problem, and promptly scheduled the repair the following week. The repair team arrived on time and was very professional. I'm currently having them quote a brand new roof. We trust Perkins Roofing and Marco for all of our roofing needs, and recommend them without reservation.

Used Perkins Roofing for a metal roof replacement and could not be happier. Marco was responsive and had good communication throughout the process. Our biggest concern was having a roof installed quickly and each day that they told us they would be working on the house, they showed up (not a usual thing when dealing with South Florida contractors.) I would highly recommend Marco and his team.

Super impressed with Perkins they were professional and organized and educated me along the process about the type of materials used and why and the installation process. Honest good company you can rely on and trust! Highly recommended!!

Did a complete reroof and secondary water barrier with Perkins in October-November 2023, and they were great to deal with. Josh kept us up to date on the progress of job and Jamie the onsite supervisor was great to deal with. Perkins delivered a high quality job and our city inspectors approved everything the first time around on each inspection. Watched Tim Kanak's videos on You Tube and learned a lot about roofs and what questions to ask, very informative . Highly recommend Perkins for quality work and nice people too deal with.

While my current repair ended up not being roofing related, Josh and Perkins roofing gave me excellent advice and insight into how to address my siding problems. I will certainly call them again should my roof leak. Prompt, professional, and helpful.

As we encountered our first experience with Perkins Roofing I have to say it was absolutely first class. We now have a go to roofing company for any repairs or replacements in the future on our several properties we manage.

All of my interactions with the staff and management were extremely helpful and everyone was super friendly. It was also reassuring that each time I had to contact someone, there was immediate follow up and follow through.

What I liked the most, is that during each phase of the repair, I was made aware of exactly what was going on and what progress had been made including pictures with the reports.

Oh,...and the replacement was top notch!

They did our roof installation. They did a very good job. They got a permit to do the job. There were three different Miami Dade inspectors that came by to check their work. All three of them told me that they have always liked and approved Perkins roof installations over many years. Several years later we recently had a leak in the connecting area. They fixed it under the roof warranty at no charge.
They are a very reliable company.
On our most recent repair job we had two excellent guys help us. Josh K. Came to check the leak and was very nice and Knowledgable. They are very lucky to have a guy like him working for them. Then with in a few days he arranged to have Carlos P. Come to
fix the leak. He was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Perkins Roofers.

This is the second time I've hired Perkins Roofing to take care of my roofing needs. After noticing a new leak in my roof, I did not hesitate to contact Perkins (the first repair is still holding strong). I spoke with a rep at Perkins and they were able to send someone out the following week to look at my roof. Rolando showed up, explained the repairs I needed and provided me with an estimate by week's end. The repairs were completed a week later. Perkins' ability to show up and deliver in a timely fashion was the main reason I chose to hire them for the job. I would recommend Perkins Roofing to anyone.

Josh did a great job with an emergency repair needed for a leak in the roof; I was also able to split up payment flexibly for this. 11/10 service overall, highly recommend!

Their estimate was the best I received, they started working on my roof right away (getting permits, etc) and before a month my house has a beautiful new roof!
They even fixed a problem on the side of the roof, at my request, for a little extra charge.
These guys, and Marie, are awesome and will take great care of you and your home!

They were amazing. We re-roofed our entire house with Perkins Roofing and they were absolutely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their pricing was very reasonable. During the entire process Rolando kept me informed of all aspects of the job and what to expect. Eddie's tear down team was very knowledgeable and explained to me what they needed to do and what they found that needed repairing. I have only praise for this company. I will definitely recommend them and use them for all my roofing needs in the future.

I fully recommend Perkins Roofing. They are professional, responsible, committed, their pricing is reasonable and they provide great communication. Perkins able to accommodate a last minute repair project that my home insurance co requested of me. I had 10 days to find a licensed, insured and bonded roofing company and the ins co wanted me to provide them with pictures of the repair process, pictures of the final work, a full report and a paid invoice OR they were going to cancel my policy. Anyone who lives in Miami knows that this is basically impossible to find in this town! My insurance agent recommended Perkins. Perkins understood my situation and it's importance. 1. They accommodated a next day appointment for a quote and actually showed up on time. 2. The quote was reasonable- they did not take advantage of my desperate situation. 3. They were able to fit me the following day. 3. They showed to do the work the following day (big deal in Miami). 4. They completed the work in one day. 5. The provided me a full report of the repairs, the pictures, etc.. everything my insurance company requested! You can trust these guys. Perkins has the integrity that is hard to find in Miami. From the initial inquiry phone call with Marie, the Perkins Roofing Corp. set themselves apart as experienced, knowledgeable and professional. The Estimator, Jeremy, took time to understand the dynamic of our family, was courteous, punctual and accommodating. He took extra time to answer all our questions in person and in writing. The Project Managers, Carlos and Alejandro were also quite outstanding. They visited the site each workday and kept me up to date on the daily progress. They were excellent. The team of workers doing the job were focused, respectful, thorough and diligent. As a family, we are pleased with the job done by this team and would recommend them.
