Honest. Professional. Full stop. Had the pleasure of working with Luis who came out to my home, on time when expected, listened attentively, reviewed my concerns, took several pictures of the issue with both regular and infrared digital cameras, uploaded the information and pleasantly dismissed himself with calling back to the office and uploading the information as his next steps. Within 20 minutes, I was contacted by Joe the owner who went over all of the information, as well as Luis' full report and told me that in his years of experience opinion that the issue I have can be remediated with a thorough cleaning, new paint, and some behavioral changes with the thermostat. Relived doesn't even come close to my reaction. To think what could have happened with a less than scrupulous business owner is what keeps us all up at night. You always take a risk when you just "call a guy" but the reviews posted on this site gave me comfort to go ahead and call. CSL Construction turned our horror story into a fairytale with a beautiful ending! We suffered a slab leak that started in our kitchen sink and went through our pantry and into our bedroom earlier this year (Feb 2024). My neighbor; without hesitation recommended Corey from CSL and gave me his number. A couple of hours later they showed up to do an assessment of the damages and discussed with us what they see. The next day they showed up with a full crew to do the absolute most thorough assessment of the damages and documented everything at every step of the process. The news of the damage were tough to hear, but they were consummate professionals and were able to lay out a comprehensive timeline and proper expectations for the project. I have to say that these guys KNOW what they’re talking about and they know what they’re doing. The timeline from day one to the end of the project was as described. It required a lot of patience as we waited for the insurance and inspectors and every tradesperson, but the end result is unimaginable. Six months ago we were faced with the tough reality of not having a working kitchen. Today as we stand in our house, it’s hard to believe that this is our home. Our kitchen looks like it’s out of a magazine, our floors look spectacular and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire Corey and his team at CSL. Joe, Zeke, Justin, Señor Roberto, Harvey Purvis Plumbing, Thiago, Hunter…The list goes on. Thank you all for turning a nightmare of a situation into a Happily Ever After!

This company has been amazing during the whole process of our remodel after we had mold in the walls. Hunter has been absolutely amazing and communicating throughout the whole process. He has been patient and answering all my questions. They worked really fast, it took them a week and a half to completely gut my bathroom and bedroom and rebuild, paint, and clean everything. Everyone has been respectful and saying ma’am. They have moved my king size bed everyday that they need to work and then they move it right back to same spot so I can sleep comfortably. They have been cleaning up after themselves everyday so I don’t have to worry about any mess. Honestly amazing company and super happy with the results that they did. It looks like nothing has even happened in my house. They also were able to work with me and do the shower design that I wanted and added a towel holder. Highly recommend to anyone that needs work done! :)

My rental home was in need of a rebuild after water damage from a leak. The entire staff that I interacted with were professional, responsive, and made the entire process run smoothly. From the perspective of my tenant, they were very respectful and informative in keeping her in the loop for scheduling, day to day tasks, and wearing masks to keep everyone safe.

CSL Construction did a fantastic job of replacing a bathroom vanity, mirror, faucets, and lights. They also patched all wall holes done by a mold resolution company did after a toilet overflow.
CSL accepted the insurance estimate, was always prompt and kept us informed throughout the entire reconstruction. I have nothing but upmost praise for this company

We hired CSL construction to redo our kitchen and flooring in our home after a mold issue. It has been a very difficult process dealing with at the end. After the installation, we began experiencing issues with the flooring. They came out and replaced planks however the issues continued. We had a professional inspection done, which confirmed that the contractor did not follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and installed the flooring incorrectly.
We also filed a claim with the flooring manufacturer after the inspection, and they agreed that the problems were caused by the contractor's poor workmanship. (The report you have was before the inspection and they ultimately agreed with the inspector). Despite all of this, the contractor has refused to take responsibility or fix the flooring. Instead, they are trying to blame us for the issues, which is completely unacceptable.
We have provided them with all the evidence, including the inspection report and the manufacturer’s statement, but they still refuse to make things right. We have contacted them via email which they continue to dismiss us. We have also called several times and never receive a phone call back. We've exhausted all other options, and this contractor is clearly not interested in standing behind their work or ensuring customer satisfaction.
If you value your home and want peace of mind with your project, I strongly advise you to avoid this contractor at all costs. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else who is honest, skilled, and willing to do the job correctly.

I recently had the pleasure of working with CSL on a home fire job and couldn’t be more pleased! We had a major leak, and had to have mitigation come in. It was quite the mess! Thankfully CSL was there to get everything looking amazing again. We worked with Joe T, Hunter R, and Roberto M for the project and they were all really great! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire crew was diligent, on time every day and they really took pride in their work. They were extremely thorough doing everything but also finished the job quickly for us. It looks better than it did before!! My husband and I are very impressed and also grateful to everyone at CSL. We highly recommend them for any work you need done.
